I am regular consumer of H.P. gas ( No. 623803), currently I have single cylender, but what happen when that single cylender get empty, I have to wait 5 to 6 days for another cylender. Since last 10 months, I had offenly enquired about double cylender, but the gas distributer says that they don't have the stock of double cylender. Pls. help me to arrange the double cylender.

I had been staying in a rented house & now have shifted to another place. My previous land lord is not giving me back part of my security money saying his flat hasn't been rented out yet.

Please suggest what should I do. I have the rent agreement.

I am under orders of transfer to Chennai. Kindly let me know the procedure for surrender of cylinder, etc.

I have booked HP gas by person on 20-05-09 at HP GAS centre at Panihati . My consumer no 612904.
Till now i.e. 18-06-09 I have not received any gas cylinder.

With due respect I am the holder of consumer no 612904(Reg. no 9954170 dt[protected] under the Distributor of Tapan Saha(code-965710) of M/s H.P. Gas Centre, B.T.Road, Panihati, North 24Pgs, W.B., resident of Naba Kamar Gati(Naba kumar Garh), P.O.-Jugberia, Via-Sodepur, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata-700110.
Booking was done on 23-04-09 and gas cylinder supplied me on[protected] by carrier Biplab(DELAY 5 days in the way) and I have booked for next cylinder on[protected] physically at Panihati office(no function was working of IVRS for booking).
Till today i.e. 22-05-09 I have not received any Gas cylinder.
What I have to day at present. I have two cylinder but at preset there is no gas cylinder at my home our family now in starvation.

Please arrange cylinder for me.

I hv a HP gas connection since 2001.Since last 8yrs I am using your single cylinder.
At first this connection was under Rajdhani Gas, Bhubaneswar bearing consumer no-628214.
Now it is under Lingaraj Gas, Bhubaneswar bearing Consumer no-600681.But when I am visiting regularly
to Lingaraj Gas enquiring about my additional cylinder, their staff are not cooperating.Their way of answering is just like they are misbahaving your clients.They are simply refusing to book for an additional cylinder.Always they are delivering refiled cylinder after 15-20 days.I am now asking you is your service like that?Any how I want an additional Cylinder.
Unless being a media personel I may telecaste these problem in television.

I want to book a HP cyendar for filling to the dealer KANCHAN FLAME - Enclav, Baguihati, Kolkata through phone.But yet they are not responding or taking the calls.As a result i am waiting for last 4 days to book a cylender from 25.09.11.

I am regular consumer of H.P. gas. My consumer no is 622634. I went to HP distibutor in my locallity and request for double cylender to my distributor mr.manaharlal kanaiyalal(distributor code no:-957904), Balasore in orissa, but the gas distributer says that they don't have the stock of double cylender. Currently I have single cylender, but what happen when that single cylender get empty, I have to wait 15 to 16 days for another cylender. Since last 5 years. Pls. help me to arrange the double cylender and another matter is that I am suspecting that cooking gas is leaking because kitchen is always pervaded with smell of gas for last 3/4 days even when the burner and regulator are in off mode.
