I am a customer of hindustan petrolium gas company and my consumer of SHUBHAM GAS AGENCY, CHINCHWAD, my consumer number is 616476. I have two cylinders but abovesaid agency refuse to book cylinder in every month instead I have two cylinders, and says to book cylinder after 21 days. I have 7 members in my family, so I had registered two cylinders but your gas agent said to book cylunder after 21 days. please give me the information about rules of distribution cylinders after 21 days.
