Date : - 14.Nov.2009 My Name is T. Paramanandam My HP LPG consumer no is 623167. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 11228400. Name of the Gas Distributor is : - KEKAN LPG CORNER Gas Distributor Address is VIDYANAGAR, PUNE 411032 VIDYANAGAR, Dist. PUNE, MAHARASHTRA - 411032 Email : kekan.[protected]@hpgas.hpcl.co.in Dear Sir / Madam, I have booked my refill on last month 05.10.2009 for home delivery. My refill booking no is 582. As on today (14.11.2009) already 40 days over. Still I have not received my refill cylinder. Whenever I meet them personally they says tomorrow must be delivered Now they forcing me to come and carry the refill cylinder. I am very sorry to say I am facing much problem due to this bad service also it is happening regularly. I have been to other states like Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka. Their I was used Indane Gas. Their i didnt get any issues. Since HP Gas is near to my home I was transferred my LPG from Indane to HP. Now I am facing lot of problem with HP Gas agencies. They are refused to give compliant register book. For asking compliant register they behavior with me very rudely. Also they keep changing Telephone number. KEKAN LPG Gas, Pune — Non delivery of Gas Cylinders
Dear Sir,The kekan LPG , vishrantwadi , pune does not deliver the cylinders to its customers on time. You have to follow up with them around 100 times for each delivery then only they will deliver the cylinder. Everytime they say that they will send tomorrow for sure but saying in this way they take around 8-10 days everytime we ask for a delivery of cylinders.
Please look into the matter. The attitude of Kekan Gas workers is becoming the worst.

Sir,Dhivya Gas Agency delevry is very poor he will not responding for consumer.

I booked gas for home delivery on 5.1.2011 but till today 24.02.2011(50days) " i have only one cylinder" till day they are not deliverd. Whenever i make phone call first time they are not take the phone after three times call, they take the phone their representativesaid your allote ment is not now after 10 days we will call you i am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. HP - GAS — Non-delivery of Gas after booking
Hi,Please note that myself, Mr. Kiran Paradkar had booked HP gas on 2nd February 2009, and my second cylinder also got exhausted on 23rd February 2009. We have not received our first cylinder yet. My consumer no. is 621366 and gas agency name is Soham Gas Service, Kolbad Road, Thane(West). The phone lines are always engaged[protected]/[protected] and once by luck we got through, the receptionist said there are no persons to deliver gas in your area.
Also could you please let us know how many days in advance can we book the cylinder to get the delivery on time.
This kind of service is very irritating and causing inconvenience as we have small baby at home.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
