[Resolved]  Hp Gas — The worst care of customers

I am having a gas connection from HP from last 1.5 yrs. They issued me a single cylinder at the time of connection by saying that the double cylinder is not allowed and can be applied ater 1 year. This connection I took from Dhamfhere Gas House located at '132-1 Parvathi Payatha, Opp. Sane Guruji Smark, Sinhagad Road Pune-30'. This agency has got a distribution center at Hingne Khurd, Sinhagad Road. As mentioned I have been visiting the distribution center from last 6 months to get the second cylinder. When I visited first in September 2007 thier answer was that the new cyllinder issue process has not been started from HP office itself and will probablybe start before Diwali i.e. November. From that day onwards i have been visiting this office every Saturday. On a2th of Jan 08 when i spoke to their manager he said the booking was open 15 days back but when I had visited this office the ladies sitting in the counter had said that the booking has not yet started. The manager promised me that next time whenever it starts he will be contacting me and noted down mine contact no. and address.

Now Yesterday i.e. 30 Jan 08 when i visited to book for refilling of the cylinder one i have. For this they said it will take at least 10-12 days and then when i again asked about new cylender they said it has not started yet. And then the next minute i left for Dhamdhere Gas house at Parvathy (the main office) and met the manager. Here I got so angry when he said that the booking was opened 15 days back, that is when i had visited Hingne Khurd office 15 days back and the Manager has said it was open 15 days back. This instance put me in such a bad impression for HP Gas that i had no choice other than going to the Cunsumer Court as soon as possible.

This is my direct question to HP Gas Agency that do they have any answer for such instances?

I am Saravanan from Rajyog Society, i was deposit amount for two cylinders (for additional).

My Consumer No. : 628847

Agent Name : Dhamdere Gas Agency, Dhayari Phata.

I was booked refill cylinder on[protected], but still they was not given the refill cylinder. Then I have followup on[protected].
They entered the booking date on[protected] only.

Last one week, two cylinders are empty, daily me and my family going to Hotel to take Food. Still i am not getting the refill cylinder, if followup daily, but they told today , tomorrow like that.

Please take necessary action for this.

This is to inform you that I am credit card holder of HSBC bank A/c no. is [protected]. when I applied for credit card sales persons committed me that I can convert any purchase into EMI’s but not when I went to avail this service through your customer care nos. they not listening always they refer another no. eg. Local customer care to centralize no. & vice versa. I am trying from the first day of purchase but no action has been taken from HSBC.

I am still ready to clear all outstanding but it should be converted into EMI’s without any interest amount because this is the delay due to your organizational illiteracy.

Kindly expedite for the positive reply on same.

What's the latest status of my complain lodged on 5th march,2008 mentioned below?
THE COMPLAIN WAS:
I am sorry to inform you that I had been severely insulted by the dealing assistant of H.P (LPG) dealer, Subodh Shriti Road, Katwa, Burdwan, W.B., PIN 713130, when I went there to become a consumer of H.P. gas on 5th March 2008 at 12.30PM. I asked him what are the conditions to take the domestic LPG connection of H.P. He said, if I willing to take connection, I have to purchase a HP woven compulsorily. Then I request, whether it is conditional of each new connection or not. Not giving specific and clear answer of my asking, he become aggressive to me and told that you should ask this question to the MD, of HP and also strongly said ‘I shall not give you the connection’. Now I ask you the fact is true or not. If not, Kindly take necessary examplanary steps against the assistant and also the dealer of Katwa shortly and also make arrangement to give me a chance to be a consumer of HP, LPG. Your arrangement must be accompanied by double cylinder.

I have a complain towards the transfer of my gas from rajnand gaon to ranchi. I had gone to the dealer o[censored]r branch JIBASIYA GAS with all the necessory documents but they said the manager is not there, he only can do the needfull.
again i gone there but the manager was not present after 2 hours. then i talked him on phone, he replied that u should come on sunday.
As a customer o[censored]r company what should I do to get the transfer in time as i am facing too much problem.

This is to inform you that i have a gas connection of Bharat Gas Service, Gajraula with consumer number 4820. When i booked my number for refilling, which is due for deleivery after 10 days. When I asked to office on telephone he said to me that receive you cylinder from gas go-down on rate 310 Rs with Home deleivery chrages. Agency holder does not give the receipt of amount and said this not available if we required. For home delivery he wants 25 Rs extra.

Kindly give the actual rate for home deleivery and with out home delivery.

GAS AGENCIES THEY DONT GIVE PROPER SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS.ONE DEALER "DHAMDHERE GAS HOUSE"IS NOT GIVING PROPER SERVICE.THE CONCERN CLARK IS VERY OROGENT AND SPEAKS VERY OROGENTLY WITH THE CUSTOMERS.SOMEBODY SHOULD GIVE PROPER WORNING FOR THAT.I AM NOT GETTING HEAD OFFICE NUMBER OF HP HEAD OFFICE PUNE.I WANT TO REGISTER COMPLAINT AGAINST THAT DEALER.

Myself Kapl Limba Bhamre is Customer of Your Dealer DHULIA GAS AGENCY, Dhulia (424001).
My Consumer Number is 535926.
I am dought on my Gas Regulator becose since last month i am getting a smell of the gas which is harmful to my health as well as my falimy and also it is dangerous.
I had complained to you dealer on couple of occassion, but i am feeling very bad about the response from a dealer of a reputed company like you. I am having a single cylinder connection.I am a working person and used to travel frequently.I am huge worried about my family as i am having my wife and 6 years old child.

Whenever i visit at your dealer and told them the same problem no one is attending me and no one is there to listen my problem as well as hear me.
If any acciedent occurs becose of this carelessness who will be responsible for that?
I request you kindly look into the matter and solve my serious problem by taking the necessay action.
I am forwarding the same male to the health ministry and human rights department of india.

I have a complain towards the transfer of my gas from Bibewadi, Pune to Sinhgad Road, Pune. I had gone to the dealer o[censored]r branch Dhamdhere GAS Agency with all the necessory documents but they said Internet required for this. That time light is not there so Internet connection is not found.
Again i gone there but the same reason they give me, net connection is not available.
This happens about 5-6 time but till date my trasfer of Gas connection is pending.
As a customer o[censored]r company what should I do to get the transfer in time as i am facing too much problem. It seems that the Agency of HP gas is not Co-operating to the people.
I am a customer of HP gas agency for the last 7 nears. I am a family working women and there is no one at home to attend to the the gas on getting it. I have requested them to kindly provide me with a gas at7:00 p.m. but the answer given to me is not only rude but degrding for any working women. Not only the owner of the gas agency but also the rudest people around. Can HP the he delivery men. TheAundh gas agency has one of the rudest guys around. If HP GAS head quarters can't help us in this who can?
