[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Delay in refill cylinder, phone lines always engaged

AFTER A LOTS OF TIME GOING TO SAMLESWARI GAS AGENCY,
KAMLIBAZAR, SAMBALPUR ORISSA

THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING THE GAS WHEREEVER OUR BOOKING IS SINCE 26.9.07 VIDE SERIAL NO. 2717 DT. 26.9.07, AND TELEPHONE LINE I UNABLE TO CONTACT BECAUSE TELEPHONE LINE ALWAYS SHOWS ENGAGED . ALSO BOOKED COMPLAIN FOR THIS ON HP CONSUMER ZONE ON INTERNET VIDE COMPLAIN NO. 07006235 DT. 9.10.07 TILL YET NO ANY DELIVERY OF GAS HAS GIVEN.
SO I REQUEST KINDLY ARRANGE TO DELIVERED THE GAS.

I HAVE MADE AN BOOKING WITH HP DEALER OF OUR AREA M/S G.S.ENTERPRISES, DEALER FOR HP GAS VISHWAS NAGAR, DELHI-32. AS PER THE RULES WE HAVE TO TO DO THE BOOKING AFTER 25 DAYS OF THE PREVIOUS BOOKING AND WE WILL RECIEVE THE CYLINDER IN 2-3 DAYS BUT EVEN AFTER 40 DAYS AFTER BOOKING WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CYLINDERS. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST INSTANCE THAT IT HAS HAPPENED WE HAVE ALREADY FACED PROBLEMS MANY A TIMES AND HAVE ALSO MADE COMPLAINTS TO THE HO GAS OFFICE AT VISHWAS NAGAR. WE RECIEVE PROMPT SERVICE ONCE WE MAKE A COMPLAINT. BUT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A COMPALINT EVERY TIME SOON AFTER WE MAKE BOOKINGS WITH OUR DEALER EACH AND EVERY TIME. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY HP IS NOT LOOKING INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AND NOT TAKING ANY STRINGENT ACTIONS AGAINST THE DEALER. EVERY TIME WE CALL OUR DEALER HE SAYS THAT HE IS OUT OF STOCK OR THE STOCK ARE NOT RECIEVED AND WE HAVE MORE DEMAND THAN SUPPLY. WHAT HP IS DOING??????

I am HP gas consumer and number is 703422 K S Gas, Jaipur. I booked gas on[protected] through internet and number is 95994. I have not got gas till date. Telephone of gas agency is always enganged and I also made a complaint to HP gas but not received any reply.

I am an HP Gas consumer at one of your organized dealer namely Manjunatha Agencies which is located at JP Nagar IV phase.

We are facing lot of difficulties even for monthly booking for gas, if we give a call the number would be in continuous busy status or they will be disconnecting the call and more over even if they receive a call they don’t have a patience to take complete details of the consumer, they are not ready to take consumer name even and they are providing any waiting list number or the date when we gone receive the cylinder which we booked for and more over if the landline number is not reachable they are requesting us to send a message to the mobile number - [protected] Mr.Murthy.

Note: They are requesting us to book only after 30 days from the last billing date to book it will take nearly two to three days even after booking we wont be knowing how long it will gone take to deliver the cylinder.

I would request you to kindly do the needful so that it won’t prevent this type of issues in future.

You seem to be over enthusiast over this. I totally disagree.
I also stay in the same area & am a customer of R Kantilal ADHOC Dombivili.
We generally receive the supply of cylinder within 3-5 days of booking.
