[Resolved] Hp Gas — Empty cylinder delivered against booking with fake seal. | |
I had booked for a refill (Maruti Gag, HSR Layout, Bangalore), which was delivered with an empty cylinder with manipulated seal. My wife didn't check the seal becoz the same boy is delivering the gas every time. Only when the running gas cylinder was over, she changed the cylinder only to find the refill given by the HP Gas delivery boy is an empty one. We had enough problem as we have small kids to take care of and there is no gas for more than a day to cook. I really don't know, if people can be fraud to this extent like the HP Gas delivery boy what he did with us. I am also not very sure, what could be the solution. May be privatization of these PSUs could be the answer so that these babus in Customer Service will also learn to behave properly. Was this information helpful? | |

I am a customer of HPCL LPG since more than 20 years.My consumer number is 603235 which is in Hubli. There are more than 12 members in my house. So it is very Difficult for me to to run the house with one Cylinder. And the bookings are made only after 30days and the Delievery is given after the 10 days i.e after the last dated of booking date, so totally it take 4o days for me to get a cylinder.Because of this i am meeting lots of problems in providing food to my family People.Plese do the needful and Give us the Reply as fast as possible.
