HP Gas Cylinder — non delivery of gas cylinder

Dear Sir,

I booked gas for home delivery 18 days back but still i can not get delivery[protected]. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says the cylinder has been delivered. but i didnot get any cylinder.Every time he gives a nigligible anwers with careless tone. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.
My Gas Agency Distributor is in Sanpada sector 10 .Navi mumbai
My consumer NO IS 625341.

Please do the needfull as early as possible.

still not received gas delievery .its been so many days since we booked gas.

I am(vijay kumar) a consumer of HP gas. My consumer no. is 622677. I booked my gas cylinder on 18.9.2008. I was said that it would be delivered within a week after my several reminder iam yet to receive the same till date.

I AM A CUSTOMER OF HP GAS SINCE 25 YEARS. MY FATHER AND MOTHER WHO WAS A SENIOR CITIZEN BUT THE shivalaya gas agensi BETUL NOT GIVE PROPER SERVICES TO THEM. AND WHEN I GO TO GAS AGENCY THEY SAY ME THAT REFFILLING NOT COME FROM THE HP GAS DEPO AND THERE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT RESPONSE WELL WITH CUSTOMERS. AND MANY OTHER HP CUSTOMERS FACES THIS KIND OF PROBLEMS PLS. SOLVED IT.

Please Please Please tell me the way how I can get rid from your system. My Consumer No 614140 registered at LPG WORKERS CO OP.SOCT, 501 Rasta Peth Pune - 411 011. Inspite of, on completion of 21 days of 1st delivery of cylender I booked on 10th Feb and till date I am not in receipt of cylender.

It is not understood why your company is still doing the business when you are not able to handle the customers.

I am aware that your reply will be vogue and the same show will run till we get gas through Pipe line.

CHANDERKALA GAS AGENCY DILSHAD COLONY DELHI . I have booked gas, but I feel sorry to inform you till today I have not received cylinder. In our location, we always facing problem in delay in delivery of cylinders not only me all people staying here and fed up with delay in cylinder delivery. Our Area Agent is supplying the cylinder after 1 month(from the date
of booking) but here they are supplying HP Cylinders on black, when we need we are getting HP Cylinder on black basis after paying Rs.500/- . How it is possible, if there is shortage of cylinder for booking peoples, how we are getting on black basis. So you are requested to take earliest action & oblige

I have personally gone and seen that they keep the receiver of the phone on the desk (due to which we get the message - this phone no. does not exist or get an engaged tone). I have fought with these people but of no use. Everytime same problem. I dont know how HP is tolerating with these type of agencies even after so many complaints on them. I am surprised to see somany compalints on the net on this agency. Infact I had called up HP also once and complained.
I hve booked my refill 15 days back and still not received it. everytime (whenever u get the line) they say they will send it today or tomorrow. but so far it has not come. sometimes they will erase the earlier booking and book it fresh when you ask why cylinder has not come. Next time when you call they will tell that you have booked 2 days back only and when you expalin they will tell that there is some computer problem.

Does anybody have a solution to this. Poor hapless office goers.

I booked for a gas cylinder on 4-9-2009. It is not supplied till today, ie.[protected].The distributor is
Danish Gas Enterprises, No.227/14, 3rd block, HBR Layout, Bangalore 560043.Code:517330.
Their telephone is always engaged making it difficult to access them.

We have a HP Gas Connection No. 600736. By the name of Saroj Bala. On 25 Sep.2009 I have booked a gas on IVRS (1716) my booking no was 02. but till date I did not receive the Cylender. On 4 Oct 2009 I give a call to my dealer Vardhman Gas Agency & I was shocked that they did not get my request yet. I again book the gas but till date I did not get the cylinder.

This type of services in not accepted from company like HP Petroleum.

Pls confirm when I will get the cylinder
