[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non delivery of gas cylinder

We booked gas on 14 Feb. On booking the agency said it will be delivered in 16 days. After some time I recheck the status, they again said that it will be delivered on 10 March. How it is possible that gas not available to Hindustan Petrolium where as other gas .e.g. indane and bharat petrolium are getting sufficient stocks and they are delivering the gas to the customer within 2-3 days. Pl look into it and imporve the delivery status to avoid harrasment to the customers.

HP Gas — NO STOCK OF GAS FROM LAST ONE WEEK

We are following from last one week there is no supply of Gas , Hence we are taking gas in peroid of two months, But this time we are approacing after six months ,there is no supply till after six months we are sending our concerned person for gas cylinder from Jai Ambey Gas, Bhilai(HP Authorised ) and from last 4-5 days , they revert there is no stock...
There is completely theft in stock and Black marketing of Gas cylinders.

I narinder kumar (coustmer number 701294) complaited it earlier and my complaint no is 10055566. i have booked my cylinder on 16 feb 2011 but till date (15/3/11) i haven't get my cylinder. It is really tough to get cylinder so please make it sure that I will get my cylinder delivery at home.

I booked gas for home delivery (booking no. 63 dt. 03.03.11) but till date we have not received the Cylinder. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, they used to say that the same will be delivered by tomorrow. I am very frastrated with their reply and I am sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My HP Dealer code is 395050.

You are requested to please do the needful so that we don't have to face such problems in future.

KITCHEN CARE — Less weight of gas cylinder delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a gas connection holder of Bharat Gas through M/s Kitchen care agency.From last couple of years, the workers/deleivery persons along with Mr. Pappu who deleiverd gas cylinder in Mandawali fazalpur & other areas.They always deleivered the gas cylinder in less weight & if we refused to accept the same, they ask to pay lesser money in proportion to weight (@20Rs/Kg) & same gas they sold at sweet shops, etc. at a price of 45Rs/Kg.So please took serious action for him & his collegues.

I Debopam Chell having a connection of HP Gas, Consumer No 626025 from your authorised dealer M/s Sejal Enterprise, Near Nerul Bus Depot, would like to bring to your notice that the dealer is not supplying Gas Cylinders for more than 20 days.

Every time we call them we are told that it would be supplied shortly. Now even the second cylinder is exhausted.

I want to say that i have booked my gas cylinder on 12/01/2012 but we have not got the delivery of the cylinder till today i.E. 29/01/2012. Due to this we are facing a great difficulty is doing our daily routine works. We are not able to cook food due to non availability of the gas cylinder. This is not for the first time every time we have to face the same problem. Kindly solve our problem and take strict action against the dealer who might have been seeling the cylinders in black market.

First of all they have 14 phone lines which is aiways busy.
My consumer no is 101684 our Booking no.10089 we had booked our cylinder on 08/04/2012 but till now (22/04/2012) I have not received the gas. .I approached personaly & telephonicaly but behaviour is not positive s he always reply to supply the cylender tomorrow or day after tomorrow. we are facing this problem.
Please take this complaint very seriously and request you to take action on those people.
