[Resolved]  HP Gas Cylinder — Cylinders not Delivered on time!

HP — Not delivery at time

We have got single connection at dated 20 Nov 2009 & after that we had got the book after one month but now we have finished the given batala (Cyilender) & we already book on 7 Jan 2010 7 till we are not getting anything from gas agency if we are availaing only single cyilender.

Kindly note that please do the needful.

I have booking gas cylinder in 6th jan 2010. but still gas cylinder is not dilver to our home. We are visited your agency but not give any statisfied answer. pls check your agency is it black marketting in your company. Dear Sir,
I am resident of Tirupati situated in Andhra pradesh. I have got two cyclinders of H.P.gas.
i have received the cylinder on 25th Dec2009 and I have asked to book another cyclinder on 2nd Jan 2010. on enquiry I came to know that they have not booked. Today only they booked for another cyclinder. Please let me know the correct procedure. shall I book the gas immediately after receiving the gas for another cyclinder.

HP Gas — delivery not in time selling to hotels

priya gas agency is worst service in chennai and they never deliver the gas in time we have to follow-up until we receive the gas whenever we make a call it is engaged if got connection, their answer is tomorrow will be deliver. we have facing this problem for last 7 yrs with this GAS Agency could any body take necessary action against this gas agency.

HP Gas — Not Delivered Gas cylinder

I booked gas for home delivery on01.07.10 but till today 10.08.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 13092300 Adity gas agency, Adityapur.

We have booked gas as per detail as under. we could not get our delivery even after 21 days lapsed. When we went to office, they told to delivery the same on next day. Our booking time of next cylinder (i.e., 21st day) has also lapsed during this time period. This answer is repeated every time but the problem remain unsolved. Please look into the matter for timely delivery of the gas cylinder.

I am your customer of shiv shiva gas agency from patran. I have booked gas cylinder on 28/03/2011 for a home delivery . My consumer no . is 603386 . I called in your gas agency for gas cylinder but they misbehaved with me. they told me that they have shortage of gas. the gas cylinder will be delivered in 3 to 4 days ,on dated 15/04/2011.but still i have not got gas cylinder till date. HP Gas — not deliver in time

My HP gas dealer not deliver a gas cylinder after 20 days of booking . While my neibour get there gas within 12 days after booking from the same agency. Whenever i call to them they tried to avoid the call or just saying that shortage of cylinders. my gas agencies name is indradeep agency located at Kalyan west dist Thane.

HP — Non delivery of gas cylinder (domestic use)

I am a registered domestic gas customer at Dasmesh Gas Agency, Sion, Mumbai. I have registered for refill of cylinder on[protected] but as if today (01-Nov-2011), I have not received gas cylinder. However, the cylinders are provided to customers with some extra amount to delivery boys. In fact, some of the people told me that this is sponsored by agency only. They deliberately delay the delivery to extract money from customers.

I have been booking for as refill through automated system.Now i get my gas refil only after 50 days,sometimes more than that.
I think they are selling the gas for other persons.
Kindly look into this matter nd the needful.

There is no confirmation of the booking if done through sms. Generally, the delivery
used to happen in a week's time. But, this time since last 10 days we r waiting, &
Suffering without gas. Please suggest the best solution to the problem.

I Bookd at least 15 times at the ganga maa chamunda agency kasganj (kanshiram nagar)& for times by tomo gas but till date I not recived filld cyll. Iast 1.5 months. my consumer N0. 600081 residenve near chc ,ashok nagar kasganj & Mobile no. is [protected]
I request to you pls take action & solved my problum.
