Hp Gas — Poor service

.Please looks the meter! My Name is Yashvant Singh S/O Bhag Singh From Village Aiza Farm Post-Aiza District-Hardoi U.P 241001.
.And we have one of you filling station at Shahabad to Sandi road near Manpur before Jagdishpur if you come from Shahabad side road.
.We are not satisfied with your filling station worker and staff behave they are always rood and they are always use sarcastic comment’s there is your poor service example with the bad attitude.
.So I request to you please check the meter and please check the quality and quantity there your staff always given to the all customer differences measurement.
.So I request you please check and do the need full ASAP.

There is a club hp petrol pump at n.h.17 at hosabettu village comes under Mangalore city corporation limit called as Rai service station. My complaints are this so called club hp pump is famous for its poor services as under
1. The air filling machine is out of order on 365 days
2. It provides servicwe on 'no power-no petron/deisel basis. Which means at the time of powercut machines do not work as there is no generator facility
Hence we are fedup with the services of said petrol pump and request the hp personnel to look into it
I visited a petrol pump of M/s Batra Brothers & Co., Ring Road.N.D.S.E.-2, New Delhi-110049 at 5.15 pm and got petrol for Rs 100/=. after filling petrol I asked for bill but Mr.R.S.Rawat(cashier) refused to give bill, I again asked for the same many times but he always refused. All the staff memebers standing there were laughing at me and created a drama, but the reason I don't know. Means I was misbehaved directly by Mr. Rawat by saying "JO KARNA HAI KAR LE BHAG YAHAN SE, BAKWAS KARNE KI JAROORAT NAHIN HAI". After requesting many times I got the bill, but whole night I asked myself what will be the reason, conclusion that I was misbehaved by the whole staff.
At the awareness by govt."JAGO GRAHAK JAGO" I have a right to recieve the bill.
I request you to please take action otherwise a serious step will be taken by complaint to the senior officers, newspapers, media (because they provide quick service).
I fully agree what ever you did. Its our right to take the bill or ask for anything wrong you noticed. I came across your complaint because I too came across such a incident when I purchased diesel for Rs.500 in my car and after seening the meter of the car I noticed that I was being cheated by the pump. The quantity of the oil was not accurate. When I complained the matter to the incharge of the pump he refused to give a check to the measure of the pump.
i want to say that ur staff member doesnot book my gas after 21 days also.when i call ur staff member disconnect my call in between.my consumer no. is558793
I am a very old customer of Ranjan patrol pump, Lucknow who are your dealers.Lately their services are ditoriatating. For last six months or so they are not keeping 2 T pouches. for Free air service customers are often told that machine is out of order or ther is no one to do the job.

HAVE A NICE DAY.I AM CONSUMER OF HP GAS HAVING CONSUMER NO-629005 OF CUTTACK PALLAMANDAP HP GAS SUPPLIER SINCE 2004.INITIALLY I WAS NOT FACING ANY PROBLEM AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND DELIVERY ALSO.BUT NOW A DAY THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR.ACTUALLY I WANT TO KNOW,WHEATHER I COULD BOOK FOR GAS,JUST THE DAY AFTER OF DELIVERY ?I AM AN EMPLOYEE AND HAVING SEVEN FAMLY MEMBERS INCLUDING MY PARENTS AND IT REQUIRES ONE CYLINDER/25-30DAYS TO RUN MY FAMILY.BUT YOU SUPPLIER AT PALLAMANDAP(CUTTACK) IS NOT ACCEPTING THE BOOKING,JUST AFTER THE DAY OF DELIVERY.THE LAND LINE NUMBER IS REAMINS BUSY/UN-ANSWERED THROUGH OUT THE DAY.CALL SUCCESS RATE IS 30:1.NOW DAYS SERVICE IS VERY POOR SIR.WHEATHER ONLINE BOOKING IS POSSIBLE OR NOT?PLEASE SUGGEST.
