My Consumer number is 614437 with m/s UniversalGasAgencies,Taliparamba,Kannur,Kerala.Very sorry to inform that this agency is very delay in supplying of cylinders even after booking 30days and they are not attending phone calls,while calling always i got the message that phone is temperarly out of order or a beep sound(engaged tone).When a personally went their office what they are always telling that you are in waiting list or your number is down in the order.I noticed that this agencey is giving cylinders without booking or the same day of booking to their friends relatives or those who are close to them.Here i am giving an example that is, On April 2010 my booking number was 293913, I patiently waited for my cylinder,that day the delivery vehicle came our area and i asked what was the booking number they are supplying that time,they told 296462.Immediately i asked for gas but told they dont have stock,i went their office and shouted, they told give you that evening but i got after 3 days. I am sorry to tell you that i am not in a position to visit their office freequently. This is happening over years. Please take necessary action. Was this information helpful? |
They are not taken any responsibilities .They are not ready to check the GAS leakage.Not getting good responses from them.I approached to my previous Gas agency .They told me that all consumer details are updated in their machine.I dont know what to do.I got this mail id from net.Can you help me?
