[Resolved] Hp — HP-450 Laptop - not functioning, poor customer service under warranty
I have bought HP-450 laptop on[protected], through flipkart.com. I thought, since I have bought HP branded laptop, it will work just fine. But, it has been having me many issues ever since I have bought it like some keys were getting stuck, unable to boot up, etc.
Since my laptop is under 1 year warranty, I have already raised multiple complaints with HP customer-care. But the service engineer has not been able to resolve the issues. I have escalated this multiple people within HP support team, but its of "no use".
1) The approach of replacing parts one-by-one seem "trial-and-error" method. My laptop has been opened many times (completely opened), with no resolution so far.
2) Due to frequent handling of laptop, there are some scratches on the front-panel now. The laptop doesn't look a new one now.
3) The part which are used for replacement are all "refurbished parts".So, even though I have bought a new laptop, core parts in my laptop would be refurbished ones.
With all this, I have been asking for complete unit replacement, but HP team is not agreeing to do so. I am stuck with a laptop which is of no use.
Please help to resolve this case.
