[Resolved]  HP India — No receipt of gift!

I hadpurchased one Compaq Presario Desk Top SG 3053IL from M/s. GURU Infosys,6/268,tradecentre building,YMCA Cross road,Calicut,Kerala vide Invoice no.15106 dt. 23/8/2007asper the scheme for Onam Festival offer.According to them, some of the free gift items ie. Web Camera and Head set were to be sent to us directly b y the HP India directly by post within a few days. Though more than 83 days have passed, we have not received the said items nolr any intimation(.) On enquiry M/s. Guru informed us that the same would be received within one month(.) The same is yet to be received(.) Pl. arrange to send the same immediately

Ya, i am not convinced with the foresaid complaint. I have also purchased the hp m1005 lj printer from hp dealer. Firstly i got redemtion cell code, than also the draft of rs.250 in the name of the gurnazz kaur, c/o hp redemption cell,integrated solutions pvt ltd, nehru place, new delhi. More than 7 months have been elapsed but there is not any response or neither any gift as per the offer given by the company along with the gift was given not yet.

We sold it on dt.21.05.07 to our customer Mr. Nishant H. Gupta. With in 4 months complain came from customer that laptop shut down without any reason. We seen and checked but problem is continue.

We sent it to ahmedabad service center (XCORT MICRO SYSTEM) on date: 18.10.2007 Job Cad No..: 2725.
We received Laptop after 4 or 5 days from service centre.

Within 2 months Same problem or complain arise and again we sent it your service centre Dt. :17.12.2007. Job Card No. :3870.
We received laptop after 10 days.

Within one month Same problem again arise and we sent your service centre ahmedabad (xcort). Job card No. 3698 Dt. 9.1.2008.
We received Laptop after 10 Days.

That time your service centre give us promise that now laptop is absolutely ok and if problem continue then we replace your laptop.

We send our engineer 5 times your service centre for pick up our laptop.

Now, We face same problem again and we call your service centre and they lock call online and said that we pickup your laptop. After 10 days they pickup and giving us receipt 14346751 date 10.4.2008 courier: Safe Express.

Last 8 months our client’s can’t use laptop. This is very much harassment from your side. your customer service is very poor and horrible for us. Imagine we are facing problem last 8 months!!!

And with system I got scratch card and I found that I will get free smasung dvd player from HP
So, I have send that card for further processing but still waiting from last 100 days but there is no reply.

Do not purchase HP products.

We purchased HP Printer D2460 Deskjet on 22.1.2008. It had a trial cartridge which finished. We purchased a new cartridge no. 21 and 22 on 8.3.2008 for Rs. 1260.00. While printing a message comes about retreiving of ink and ink level is shown in four parts. Gradually the black ink finished and now we are again seeing the same message that the ink is being retrieved and the ink level is again shown to full, But the paper is printed only half and the later half comes out with blurred letters. What is the matter?
Is the ink finished and we shall have to buy another cartridge. If so it is a very costly affair. It is for my personal use. Please suggest what is the problem.

I Purchased Hp Printer model No D 1460 on 25-06-08 From Boot Com System Bhopaland the printer is not working from day 1 . I registered this complain to Hp Service Centre(Redington Ltd Bhopal) they told me that they will change as its not working and it will take approx 8 to 10 days.

The HP service is rediculous now after 2 days these people say that they cant change the product as the warranty void is broken.
I have purchased a Compaq note book computer from Capital Electronics, Kolkata on dated 03.05.07.Model no is Compaq Presario 506 (SL-CND7071L5W).

From the last 4 months I have noticed that the battery back up came down to 15-20 minutes whereas the battery alarm is not working from beginning.I am getting confused that I have purchased a note book from a reputed multinational company, still it is performing like goods from a local vendor. Please tell me what should I do with this useless machine?

Sub :- Complaint regarding the Hp Compaq NB 6720s Notebook (K1420PA)

Sir,
I purchased A Hp Compaq NB 6720s Notebook (K1420PA) body No.CNU8081742 from one of your dealers namely M/S Infotech, C-1, ground floor, Aruna park, laxmi nagar, Delhi-110092 on 25.04.2008 vide invoice no. ET/152/08-09.
That one day after the purchase i.e 0n 26.04.08 the keys of the keyboard stopped working and for this I approached the dealer on 27.04.08 and complained about the problem to the dealer. He got the system repaired and assured me that no problem will arise in the future.
That further on 07.05.2008 the system did’nt start and again I approached the dealer complained about the problem to the dealer. He got the system repaired and again assured me that no problem will arise in the future. Again on 19.07.08 the same problem aroused and I gave the system to the dealer agin. He returned the system back after the span of 9 days and also charged me Rs 500/- as a fees .
That from 29.07.08 the keyboard is not functioning properly and the dealer is asking the money to get the system repaired in spite of the fact that the system is still under warranty.
That I have already sufferd a lot of loss in my business transaction and a lot of mental agiony.
I therefore request you to look into the matter immediately and get my system exchange with a new one as it seems that the system has a manufacturing defect.
If it is not done so then it can create a lot of troubles in future also.

its hinges are broken. i have also talked on customer care line.no satisfatory answer received. i went to jalandhar service center computer touch. but they even did not bothered.
i want to know whether it body is replacable or not.if yes what should i do. if no then also tell me any other solution...

HP India — HP, cheating customers

I'd bought a Compaq laptop V6608AU, on the 30th of May, through which, I was entitled get a free wimusic receiver. I completed the formalities by sending the claim documents and a DD of INR 500 in favour of HP redemption cell, payable at New Delhi.
I was informed, on 1st Aug., by the redemption cell that the gift has been approved and they requested a period of 6-8 weeks for delivery. But, even after the expiry of this period I didn't received my gift. So, I inquired of the cell, on 18th Oct., as to what were the causes for delay and I was informed that they were out of stock and i shall be delivered the gift within the following ten days, even after which I haven't received the gift from HP.
I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and sort it out as soon as possible.

A similar problem persists even after so many complaints against the company.
I don't even believe whether adequate steps are taken to teach the company a lesson!

First case ID – [protected]: Material sent to M/s Xcort Micro Systems vide Job Card No : 2968 on 22/10/2008 in the name of Mr Liyakat Qureshi. Given back to us on 14/11/08, saying that the problem is solved, but however the problem was unsolved.

Second case id – [protected]: Again sent to M/s Xcort Micro systems vide Job card No : 3366 on : 17/11/2008 in the name of Liyakat Qureshi, they have informed that they will demand part from HP which will take 10-15 days

With reference to the above all the case nos., kindly note that my laptop is under repair for such a long time (more than 1 & half month). I am submitted this laptop before also & was given back & still it was not working & I re submitted the same at your service centre & than they informed me that the part received was faulty. First of all can’t you or your person check the part & than give us the delivery. It had been long time that my laptop is not repaired & matter is lingering for long time, due to this my business is suffering a lot. If you cannot repair my laptop than give me the brand new piece. This is not for the first time I am facing problem with HP or Xcort, I had faced the same problem for the item around one year back also & that also took around 2 months to get solved. Now the same problem with the part & with service is not acceptable.

This is type of service from a multinational company is highly not acceptable.
