My model number is HP Pavilion DV9312tx Serial Number CNF7190LJP Product Code:GJ156PA My TV Tuner card Redemption Code:NO75KFM43T i applied for TV tuner card redemption offer on 20th of june 2007 and all the necessary documents plus Rs500 Demand draft in favor of solutions integrated marketing services limited newdelhi reached on 24th of june 2007. I got confirmation of my tv tuner card from Hp Redemption cell newdelhi in 10 days time through an acknoledgement letter. Since i purchased 64 pit laptop with windows vista ultimate 64 edition os,i enquired in both hp customer care as well as soultions integrated marketing services about the compatibility of tv tuner card i am going to get from them. I was assured by both the parties that i will be getting a TV tuner card that will be compatible to my purchased item from HP.I was also assured that i should be getting my tv tuner card in 6-8 weeks from the time of registration. Today after 4 months wait i got the tv tuner card from hp redemption cell new delhi, but it is of no use for me the tv tuner card i got today is of hauppauge wintv usb2 model which is incompatible with vista ultimate 64 bit or media center edition pc. What is the point in sending something which i will never be able to use with laptop? and why to give false promises like i will be getting WinTV HVR 900 series(which is the only comapatible card for my laptop)this was told by mr abhijith from solutions integrated services marketing limited newdelhi(looks after hp redemption)3 weeks back through telequery to me. i really feel pity for HP brand,the people looks after hp here in india doing great job in destroying it faster. By the way i want to return this incompatible tv tuner card back to HP could some one tell me what the procedure ? I bought a HP Pavilion Note Book sr. no. CNF84802F on 31/1 2009. I was promised a Philips DVD Player and Home Theater System as a promotional gift. I was asked to pay an additional amount of Rs. 1499/- which I did. It is now more than seven months but I have not recd. my gift. Whenever I make inquiries I am told that I will be receiving it shortly, but that shortly never comes. I think HP should be prosecuted for such fake promotions to lure the gullible.

Hi,I have Purchased an HP Pavilion a6710in (Serial number:INA906026Q)from one of the showrooms of HP on 31st March 2009.
There was this scheme that an UPS,Printer and a pen drive would come along with that.However I have received UPS after several follow ups.But I have not got printer till date.It was promised that it will be delivered in the next 4-6 weeks of time by courier.Please see as how many months have passed from 31st March 2009.I have contacted your your showroom and contacted the person whom you have asked to contact (Mr Harinder Shrama sales MGR of HP(Haryana).
Earlier compliant number was given to me on HP website 10 days ago was CCHSAP230090 but i didn't hear anything from HP that too is very frustating.
I am in regular touch with this person.But nothing has turned in my favor.Though it was not my responsibility to contact any person who is not answerable to me because its your concern to get the printer delivered on time.Now i feel its worthless to talk of time as it has crossed all time barrier,isn't?
The overall experience so far regarding the several follow ups have disappointed me to a great extent.Kindly look into the matter seriously and get an HP printer.Please do something so that I keep my trust in HP entact.Waiting for you reply.
