[Resolved] Hp Laptop — Hp not going to replace my laptop I have DOA letter | |||
Hi Sir, I have bought my hp pavilion dm1 laptop from hp world geonet mall. Within 7 day it have some issue and i lodge a complained and simtech service centre have declared tech. issue and go to replace with new. and hp manager have given DOA letter for replacement But distributor have not same laptop and denies to give my laptop and money with wages. I am run behind hp service center here and there but no one ready to listing my issue.My purchase date is 2052012. Still my money used by hp and ..why they ere doing this i have no idea.
