[Resolved] HP / Laptop Model No. DV2214 TU — Delay in issue of T.V Tuner card

Hello sir, My name is Ashish Govil and I have puchased a H.P Laptop on 27th march & got a free T.V Tunner card. I submit all the relevent documents by post on 29/3/07 but after about 1month i got no reply fron them, then after that my Dad went to Hp's head office on 14/5/07 situated at okhla phase-1 and submitted the documents by hand to Miss Aiswarya madam and the cheqeue which i have given them is cashed on 29/6/07 and from then to now i have called them so many times and their response is almost negligible to me . Every time i call them they gave me two or three weeks time . My T.V. tuner code is LAY32WAVOI S my Laptop is DV 2214 with serial no. 2ce7070qsb Sir please look after my problem, i will be very grateful to you Thanking you ASHISH GOVIL Was this information helpful? Sir,
I had purchased Laptop Pavilion 2046 on 25th December,2006 which carries a gift of Hauppage TV tuner card.
I had registered the details with HP and sent the details and invoice copy along with a DD for courier charges as advised.
I have yet to get the item.

It is a pathetic situation how the companies are keeping their promises.
If any body knows the route of remedy, convey me.

I had given Rs.700/- to Netai Computers for free gift of myTv Tuner card with my all required documents and Pasted sticker. But still I've not got any information regarding this matter from Netai Computers as well as from your side. my serial no. is (S)2CE70801ST.Please send me the gifts in following address:-

I purchased HP Pavilion dv6000 in Mar 2007 .The product came with a offer for a free tv tuner card.for redeeming the gift i took dd and despactwd the same to redemption cell .Till now i havent received the item.Please help me in this matter
