[Resolved] HP Laptop NX6110 — i want back my mony or replacment with new cofigration
I had purchased a laptop in cash with Rs 57500. model no. NX6110 from Shree infotech solution bareilly U.P. on 25th of nov. 2006 with bill no. 6056. The serial no. is Cnu61128bk. With lincensee windows XP2 with Norton antyvirus. Within 10 days there were many problems came in that laptop like th e CD rom was not working properly, booting and shutdown were very slow, the system was getting shutdown with 65% of battery charged, no good colour resolution. I think that on being asked for a laptop with latest configuration, the dealer provided me old one.
After giving problems at first I thinked that no problem can come in HP’s product like this. So I tried to repair laptop with backup CD but the problems is remaining same. Then after some time I talked to the dealer and gave him the laptop on 15th of dec 06. after three days he told me that the laptop has been forwarded to HP service center at dehli. After one week he gave me the receipt of laptop given by dehli service center there was case id of my laptop [protected] after seeing this I knew that so many replacement were needed in my laptop as cd rom,ac adopter, wireless lan, hardisk, memory card pack then I talked to madam meena tutu and mr. Arun that I don’t want to take this laftop after so many replacement who shows that their were measureless manufacturing defect in this laptop. Then they told me that she replaced all parts shown as case ID so if any problem will come in this laptop In future then they will replace this one.
After some time the a.c. adapter which replaced by service center again showed problems then I gave it to dealer he replaced me after 25 days. After this I gave my laptop to my daughter Neha Agrawal. who is a senior software engineer in MNC noida & waiting for U.K. trip.
After two months the laptop again showed problems in starting and shutdown and other since may 2007 and my daughter enble to do any work with this laptop. Regarding to this problems she went to HP dealer in noida and after three days dealer told her that he thinks the problem is in mother board so I can’t repair it and he said the laptop can be repair only in service center dehli. Then my daughter call me and told all the story about laptop. So I call again Madam Meena tutu on 12 J uly 2007 and told her about this problems and remiended her about the commitment given by her and Mr. Arun at the time of first repairing that they wiil replaced my laptop if problems will come again in this laptop. Then she told me the Engineer wil l come to your daughter and check the laptop and after his report she will tell what can be don.
But no Engineer came upto 30 days, and Madam Meena tutu were giving me date after date . One day she said me the laptop sold by company in the month of march 2006 so there is no gurantee is blanced on this I told her that I purchased this laptop on 25th of Nov. 2006 and I have receipt. Then she told me to sent the receipt of laptop to her by fax. After seeing receipt again she told me that there is no stamp of dealer on receipt then I told to madam that about this you can ask to your dealer. Like this she was passing more and more time to pass out gurantee period. Other wise I would’t Understand that why Madan Meena Tutu expended so long time.
In this period I got the name and teliphon no. of Mr.Jitender Mohan Nagar then talk to him about all these problems then he gave me the ph,No,of Mr Anshuman kuda and told me that about this I must call to Mr. Anshuman Kuda.
On 10th of aug. I and my daughter call to Mr. Kuda then he said that engineer came to your daughter within two or three days and he will came on[protected] and replaced Mother Bord but problem still remain there, so he came again on[protected] and replaced HDD again. After this My daughter tried to load windows and other software by backup CD given by dealer , but CD did’t work properly so my daughter call to Mr Anshuman Kuda and told him about this problem then Mr kuda said that he will surch this old CD in office if got it then he will call her. But still now no phone came from Mr.Kuda and laptop is not working condition till now.
So in these condition I can not take more risk with this laptop because in I0 months after purchasing this laptop more then 5 months was in service and repair time to time and now this is use less due to software loading problem. I think these are not normal repair but these are biger manufacturing defects in this laptop so I want my mony 57500/- back and I did’t take this defacted laptop in any cost. Otherwise you must replase my this laptop to any other laptop with latest confegration with new gaurntee within 7 days, as per Madam Meena tutu’s and Mr. Arun’s commitment with me and save Company’s reputation. Otherwise I will go to midia and Consumer Court against Dealer and company , because I have no more time in gurntee piriod .
