i had bought hp officejet printer on 23-sep-2010, and now the printer is not working as well as it occurs problem in scanning and everytime softwares gets corrupted and its getting operated its show no scan optionrefer to device documentation to troubleshoot...
plz solve my problem and replace my printer.

Sir I had many times complaint to your local service centre but to my disappointment no body is bothered to do the favour.

printer is not working properly and scanner is not working...
i had bought officejet printer 4500 on 21-october-2010, and now the printer is not working as well as it occurs problem in scanning and my whole paper is jam ...and i even cant print any paperwork... bec everytime scan paper was jaam...so ...plz solve my problem and replace my printer.
