[Resolved]  HP OfficeJet 4500 — Scanner error

While on my officejet 4500 scanner ! symbol blinking lights and display shows scanner failure : unable to scan, copy or send a fax press ok.
Then I press OK and try to continuous my scanning but, scanner could not complete the task display error
