I purchased a HP Pavilion Laptop from Computer exchange, Park Street, Kolkatta. The service provided by the sales outlet was callous and rude. Their sole aim was to sell the product and not provide good customer service. As the outlet was dealing with so many brands, I feel that with their service they are tarnishibg the image of the brands like HP, Lenovo and others. Was this information helpful? | |

Similar comments. Bought mine in Dubai, HP is refusing to service it in Canada where I live. Need a class action law suit.
