i had purchased a hp pavilion notebook.i was told that a would recieve a free digicam.but its almost two months, i did not recieved the digicam.i even send my address conformation.i have send then mail.but got no respond.please help

i have purchased my HP Pavillion notebook on 26 September at that time Digicam offer was running .i have registered my product and I have also contacted HP Redemption cell number many times .first time i called them they said after 15 days .when i called them after 15 days they said that wait for 15 days our courier service will be there.after 15 days i again called then their executive (Bala) said Stock is not there you will receive your gift after one month .what is this?A big leading company doesn't have stock in there and they are giving offers.I have asked my documents have been received and i have also mentioned my complaints two or three Times but there is no progress even they didn't called me one time.5 months have passed and i have to still wait .I can say HP does not provide good service but Dell provides best.no toll free numbers.i am totally disappointed from HP service
