Dear Sir/Madam, We purchased a HP Photosmart B110A Wireless e-All-in-One Printer through Letsbuy.com on 03/01/2012. When we tried to install, it doesn't print the test page. Also a "Carriage Jam" error is coming. We checked with all the solutions. But it doesn't work. Please reply what is the solution for this.
