Product : HP printer B110 A ( S. NO: CN 05L 1H31 D ) MAKE : HP INDIA BOUGHT FROM : CROMA RAJOURI GARDEN, NEW DELHI 110027 DATE OF PURCHASE :[protected] UNDER WARRANTY : YES ( ONSITE ) PROBLEM : i) Hangs during scanning from day one ii) Defective printer head. ( displays an error message “ incompatable printer head” ) Complaint no with HP (india) Ltd. : [protected] on 26-10-10 The compant ( HP india ) was approached on the on 26-10-10 at ph no [protected]. After confirmation of the problem the company has asked to approach their authorized service station ( Remington India ltd, E- 48/4, Okhla , Ph – II, New Delhi ) for free replacement of the defective “ Printer Head”. On approaching them , It was again confirmed that the printer head is defective but could not be replaced as the same is not available. Request : The product is under onsite warranty and is found defective since new. Hence, the printer itself should be replaced with a new one and this replacement should be provided at home as the product is under onsite warranty. Suitable compensation should also be provided for harassment caused to me and for the loss of work at my end. Mr Ram at M/s Croma, RAJOURI GARDEN, NEW DELHI 110027, has also been approached for an early solution as the product was bought from them.
