Dear Sir,

This is Ch. Ranga Rao from Khammam. I have purcharsed a "Compaq Presario -CQ 40-144 TU" Laptop on January 28th -2009, along with that I was given an offer of philips 5.1 channel home theater model no.dsp220 if I pay a DD of 1499/- to the HP redemtion cell, Integrated Marketing Solutions Private Limited, Nehru Place, New Delhi, no:[protected]. I had sent the required documents along with the DD (no :513780, SBI kukatpally branch, Hyderabad) on February 04nd to the HP Redemption cell address as mentioned abov.However when I am trying to call them from the last 2 weeks, there is no response from them as the call is always disconnected in the IVR.

Hello Sir,

I am facing the same issue with the HP promotional offer. I have bought HP Pavilion laptop on 26/01/2009 and sent all the required document and paid the shipping charges as well.

Even after following up with them through mail & phone there is no progress in delivering the gift.

I thought, only few are facing this issue with HP's offer but it seems almost everyone facing this issue irrespective of the gift that they have opted for.

i thought that hp is is a good company therefore i have brought the laptop, there was offer on it today 3 months have pased and still it has not came it useless company and i am crying why i have taken the laptop from this company...

I purchased new lap top CQ60 104 on 2nd June 09. I went home and to my surprise the battery compartment had scratch mark on it. I immediately called up GEO NET HP WORLD and told them

and they have not done any thing. They showed one more piece it also has scratchs but not so as
that of mine. I have Presario C700 which is very good piece. I told the dealear about Presario C700 which they were not interesed in seeing and told it difference form make to make

I would like to know if you are manufacturing this type of low quality products and trying to fool and dump them in the market to customer.

Even the customer service is very very bad. Just imagine after paying hugh amount and detial low class product customer gets pizzed.

I would to know the reason for such low class products manufactured

As per conditions the item will be delivered after 8 weeks. I waited for 8 weeks.
