1. i purchased compaq pressario v 6000 laptop with AMD processor in jan 2007 and within 2 yrs its mother board has gone bad and laptop fails to switch on.
2. similar problem has occured with my roommate who also have the same model.
3. when shown to authorised service stn of compaq they are asking for Rs 12000/- for changing the mother board with only one month wty.
4. i paid rs 44000/- when i bought the laptop with addl 12000/- within 2 yrs it is costing me 56000/-
5. i want to launch a complaint against the company for such false promises made at the time of selling their product which doesnt last for even two yrs and after sales services are as expwensive as buying new one.

I have purcharsed a "Compaq Presario -CQ 60-104 TU" Laptop on 28/12/08, along with that I was given an offer of Kodak 9.3 Megapixel camera if I pay a DD of 1299/- to the HP redemtion cell, Integrated Marketing Solutions Private Limited, Nehru Place, New Delhi, no:[protected]. I had sent the required documents along with the DD (no :45/08-09 ptd No-555042 dtd 31/12/08 on to the HP Redemption cell address as mentioned abov.However when I am trying to call them from the last 1year, there is no response from them as the call is always disconnected in the IVR.

speakers is not working properly

i had purchase a new hp laptop on 05/03/2015 its speakers is not working properly voice not clear i want repair it my contact no. is [protected]

Hp not cover warranty because they thin i use refield cartridge (cp1025 colour laser jet printer)

according to HP SITE (http://www8.hp.com/us/en/privacy/limited_warranty.html) they can not give warranty only when printer ink head is damage or failure i have bill of this CP 1025 COLOUR
