[Resolved]  Hpgas — The Dealer is not responding

Dear Sir,

My TV - OUT DOC NO. In VISAKHA GAS COMPANY IS 2002920.

With lot of dissatisfaction and disappointment with your dealer Hindustan GAS Company with Dealer code 19523700 I am writing to you.

I am behind them from past 3 months to get Customer Transfer Advise - IN, Mr. Mahesh who is claimed to be in-charge of that distributor's office, is very rude at me and whenever I go there, he is asking me to come back next week, I don't really know whether he is expecting some bribe from me.

I have come to Hyderabad in the month of June, with my family, And Till date I didn't get my Transfer in Hyderabad.

Today I went there and waited for 2 hrs in the distributors place and finally was asked to come back on Saturday, to collect the GAS and regulator, with CTA - IN. It was happening from past 3 months.

When I thought of taking this over to the officials Mr. Mahesh has given me Mr. ARUN No. ([protected]) who claimed himself to be the HP Manager who doesn't want to hear to what I am saying, as It was 6:30 PM and he don't speak to this stupid issues after 5:00 PM (Literally), and warned me not to call him again.

I have given a complaint to the HP Customer care, through the Website http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/
with reference code 09013100 and my email ID is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

They have responded as below.

"We regret the inconvenience caused to you. You are requested to approach the dealer along with your origional termination voucher, Residential proof/Identity for getting the reconnection. We are marking copy of this mail to dealer for doing the needful."

I have been there for almost 12 times and they want me to go again. So, I have replied as follow's

Dear Sir,

A simple regret mail is not the solution. I expect you to take necessary action on Mr. Mallesh, for his non sense behavior and the pain he has given me to visit him for 12 consecutive weeks.
Mr. Arun has pretended as a GM of HP, I request you to take action on him. Finally, Ask the dealer’s executive to come to my house to collect my TV and do the necessary formalities, and hand over the cylinder and regulator. So that the dealer’s would understand the necessity of customer satisfaction. Please reply me on this.

After all this, I really want to discontinue with HP. Please Do the needful to me.
