I booked gas for home delivery on13.12.10 but till today 25.12.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. I havre booked gas cyclinder on 11.01.2010 my customer no. is 608397 & booking no. is 12276, but till date I have not received gas cyclinder.When I ask my Agency M/s Brij Gas Agency They told me that it will take time. I request you to please necessary action.
