This is to bring to your kind notice that I Nitin Sharma has done an online booking on 24th May for Shimla - Gurgaon TATA AC bus. I was alloted seat No 12. I booked this ticket from Shimla to Gurgaon but I had to board the bus from Solan. I Called up the helpline number at around 4 O, clock on 24th and told them that although my booking is from Shimla but I would board the bus from Solan and asked them if that is possible or should I come to Shimla so they told me that they would inform the conductor about the same and there is no need to come to Shimla, but again to make sure I called up on the same helpline number at 7:30 and the person out there said that he has informed the conductor and also told me that the TATA A/c Bus will not come as it is down so instead Semi Deluxe No 1960 would be coming and the extra bus fare would be refunded.I was asked to be at bus Stand Solan at around 9 O Clock however I reached Solan Bus stand at 8:45 same day and I waited till 10:30 and there was no Bus and I kept on calling the helpline number during that time but all i was told was that the bus has left and it might be late but finally at 10:30 the Volvo Bus to Delhi arrived and teh conductor told me that the Gurgaon bus has already left. I called up teh helpline number again and had a word with Mr Kanwar who told me that the bus might have gone through the Bye Pass bus stand and all that he can do for me is to cancel the ticket. I had no choice so I asked him to cancel the ticket and I had to go back home. I had to reach Gurgaon so i had to leave next day early morning so I did not have time to get the amount refunded and so now that 520 Rs Bus fare is gone and there is nothing I can do about, Its not a matter of money that i wasted but thie is note expected from a reputed transport like HRTC.
I would request you to blease take this mail to notice and act accordingly so that passengers have faith on HRTC. I m looking forward for an acknowledgement of the mail from your side.

chutia hai tun, why u booked advance seat ? there are lots of buses to Delhi, you can own seat and ticket instantly.

HRTC — TATA AC BUS AC NOT OPERATED
SIRI VISIT TEN TIME IN HRTC AC BUS. (DHARMSHALA TO DELHI & DELHI TO DHARMSHALA) THE AC OF THE BUS NO OPRATED BY THE DRIVER OR CONDUCTOR AND THE TV IS DISPLAY VCD DISPLAY BUT NO WORKING. AFTER ALL THIS WHY THE HRTC COLLECT THE MONEY FOR THE PEOPLE

On 26th September, I K.C. Thakur Boarded Bus No. 51-1818 (Pvt.) from Shimla to Solan which was to start at 7:00 am, but left Shimla Bus Stop five minutes late and reached T.C.P. crossing round about 7:10 am and stopped there. After ten minutes I requested the driver to start off but in response the driver rudely replied that if I have a problem I should get down from the bus and started playing loud music. The bus started off from that point after 15-20 minutes and while driving, the driver was also talking over his cell phone.
I want to complain to the department that this kind of negligence can lead to serious accidents and request your goodself to take action against such driver so that this kind of negligence is not committed in future.

HRTC — Refund not received yet
I have booked an E-ticket from Delhi ISBT Kashmere gate to Nagrota bagwan for 12/11/2012 but due to some personal problems I cancelled it on 28/10/2012.I received an email from HRTC that the ticket has been cancelled but they didn't refund me the money.Please HelpRaghav
