I have received almost 50 calls since last 4 weeks on balance transfer offer. I have repeatedly told I don't need the offer but still I keep getting calls.
Its just very frustrating and bank does not have any value for the customer's time. Imagine 50 calls in 4 weeks. I have spoken to senior team members of the team who keeps calling but still no use. STILL I KEEP GETTING CALLS Was this information helpful? |
