HSBC BANK THREATING ME TO NAME ME IN DEFAULTER LIST
My name is Dr.Radheshyam Sharma.I am from Nagpur.
HSBC bank had sent me TATA-AIG Policy(Policy No-mrp[protected]) on July 2008 on basis that if not suitable they will refund to me later.But on behalf of minimum charges bank sent me large amount.
I used HSBC credit card( just twice(16 Oct & 17 Oct 2008) & made payment on due date(14 Nov'08).
I already told them to withdral this TATA-AIG Policy within their defined limit day.
even then bank threating me to name me in defaulter list if I not pay accordingly them.

I am regret to inform you that I never had such a very poor Banking service in my life. No proper information, guidance or follow-up exist in this bank. I am receiving a call through out a day from HSBC banking people they dont know how to talk with customer they r using very irritating language and they r giving threatning to me I am totally unhappy with the service and I will suggest to many of my friends to never have a correspondence with HSBC bank. Honestly i am suggesting u to go for some other bank but dont go for HSBC bank its a worst bank through out the world.i[censored] want to get some fraudulent charge go for the HSBC card.

At HSBC Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010 I did address my concerns with the Board of Directors concerning what HSBC India has been doing and is doing in India to our customers.

I may be able to help you. I can assure you that I will do all that I can to help you. I have been very successful in the people that I have taken up their cases with HSBC. Now they will not let me help anymore Indian's. You may wonder why, ask the Chairman of HSBC Plc Mr Flint why.
