[Resolved] HSBC Bank Credit Card — due amount already paid and bill amount pending | |||
My name is girish kumar pal credit card no [protected]. I have talk with Mr jatin said balance total amount Rs. 318/- Ref. no.[protected] Dated 2/8/2010 so we have cash deposited at Cnought place new Delhi Ref. no ndh8-00032 so now what type balance and bill pending amount show this . I have deposit cheque no 293386 dated 2/07/2010 Rs. 16636/- deposit at IP Ext. Dear sir/madam, credit card No.[protected]
with reference to the above, I paid an amount of Rs.2315/09 vide chq.No.839721dt.11.12.12 drawn on IOB, kilpauk. While issuing cheque my passbook showed an amount of Rs.2800/-as bal. but unfortunately the balance has not been updated because of that a cheque came & passed, did not come to
my knowledge, so your cheque might have been returned by mi banker. Now I have deposited sufficient money into the account & also updated the passbook. hence, I request your goodself to represent the cheque immediatly.
Kindly revert back to me immediately. thanking you,

SUB : CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD

My credit card no. [protected]. I have cleared my total amount due before 2 month
itself . i willing to cancel my credit card but there is no proper response from customer care to cancel the card. Now i got the sms on oct 15th that i have to pay Rs. 1049, total amount due. i did not know how the the amount have came and then why i have to pay . Give me the proper reason from your side and cancel my card as soon as possiable . kindly make the step to clear my problem.
