HSBC Credit Cards — Due Date
This complaint is not speacific to HSBC Credit Cards only but would include Standard Chartered, SBI and some other issuers of credit cards. These companies are defrauding the customers by mentioning the due date on the body of the statement. The fine print actully is that the bank should have realised the payment by the said date. This means that the bank should receive your cheque 4 working days before the due date. The banks use this tool to penalise hapless customers as sometimes their payments would be realised 1-2 days late. I am currently fighting this battle with HSBC and Standard Charteded Bank. My question is why can't the due date be the date by which the customer has to drop the cheque in the drop box. We don't need 50 days of credit but better transparency. We as customers do not wish to sit back and calculate 4 working days before making the payment. I would like RBI to look into this matter.HSBC Bank — payment dues

HSBC Bank — After clearing payment Due of RS101.00 on19/11/2009 Total amount Due till date in CIBIL my as defulter name is not removed
I have got ADD on Card Last Four Digit of my card is 4811 for which total amount due is RS101.00 and when i have received bill from HSBC bank I have done Payment on 19/11/2009.But when I have applied for 2 wheller loan with HDFC bank on dated 10/12/2009.
i am shocked by hearing by bank that I am defulter in cibil list .
and then i have asked to Hdfc bank about which bank I am defulter they have refuse to tell anything.
and then after this haresement then I have drawn DD in Favour of CIBIL and Complte other formalites . After that CIBIL has send us about My credit report.
In I have found that I am defulter With HSBC Bank Over Due of Rs 101.00 of my HSBC add on Card In name of Daljit Singh and another I am Defulter with Personal Loan With Centurion Bank which Loan A/C No- 61A70001716 Loan Overdue Amount- Rs571.00.
But I have Taken above Loan with Bank of Punjab and My Loan A/c No-61A70001716
of Two wheeler Loan not a personal loan which then merged with Centurian Bank and for above loan i have not received any phone call or any letter from bank and for my Two wheeler i have received noc from bank also. But I donot Know when i am not defulter and bank has given noc also then why bank has put my name in defulter list with CIBIL.
Please Rescue this problem.

HSBC Bank — increase the billing amount
Sir/Madam,I booked four ticket at irct through my HSBC cradit card on 18
sep and 19 sepn which having cost Rs 3015, 3015, 1515 AND 1515
BUT my bank encreases this amount up to Rs 3069, 3069, 1542 and
1542 using hiden charge.
but at the time of receiving this cradit card from HSBC, they said
that no extra money will charge if you pay this money befors 52 days
please advise me to resolve the issue ASAP.
