Dear Debasish,

It would be cruel to inform you that in all cases of SETTLEMENT ; In prima facie Bank use to incurr a huge financial and thts why they reserve the right to refer your said details to negative database/ regulators such as CIBIL, which appears as WRITTEN OFF or SETTLED ACCOUNT.

Now i dont know in what circumtances you have chosen this way of SETTLEMENT.

Kindly write me in order to have a proper resolution / advise.

I have went for the settlement with the HSBC credit cards, but my name is there in the defaulter list, can i able to remove the same.

My name is Harmeet Singh Ahuja & my DOB is 6-6-1977. i have never taken any loan and credit card for my self in my whole life till now. I have applied for SCB credit card and they have declined the request stating that my name is in CIBIL.Will you suggest that how can it be possible that after not having any loan or credit card my name is in CIBIL database.

HSBC Loan and credit card — Name in Cibil

Hi,

I am ashis , I had taken a personal loan and credit card from HSBC Bank. I have settle the credit card payment and was paying my loan EMI. One I came to know that my name has been updated for which i am unable to apply any further loan or credit card. Hence I would like to know how can I clear my credit which is lying in HSBC (Loan + credit card) and how would I remove my name from CIBIL.
