I have received a message from HSBC saying that my refrence no for credit card application is [protected] But when i checked on the concerned website, there are no details of that.. Kindly email the status of my application.

I have received a message from hsbc saying that my reference no for credit card application is[protected] .but when i checked on the concerned website, there are no details of that...I received sms from hsbc on 9/5/2008 that my hsbc credit card has been approved and dispached to my mailing (residence)address.but i have not recived my credit card. and i have received a pin no on 15/5/2008.Kindly email the status of my credit card

I have applied for credit card some 3 month back. But till now i have not received credit card. and just a weak ago i got a credit card statement mentaining the credit card number and account number. please suggest me any suitable solution regarding this.

Hi I am comlaining abou a recent phone call of about two hours length, trying to solve a problem with my credit card and a internet transaction, this should have been a simple exersise, but your HSBC operatives to whom I was trying to speak to could not proficiently speak the queens English I am not at all racial, but I just could not understand the IDIOM and inflections two other persons tried to make themselves understood and finally after about 2 hours we got to speak with someone who was not quite so uninteligible, and the case was concluded, this whole affair is seriously making me feel that I will take my accounts to another bank . kind regards Valerie Jones sort code 40 37 08 please forward this e mail to the correct department

i Had applyied hsbc card april last week . thru oassis marketing.i m asking wht. status my cardd they told me he is approved . but i did not recived credit card. i called in customer care they told this name we dont have any applicant . my hsbc form serial no . is 707764. sales exective is parmod .

This is bring to your kind notice that before approx 3 months one executive of HSBC come to my office & got photocopies of my doc. like salary slip & my ration card for making HSBC life time free Gold credit card. After that I have received a call from chennai HSBC office they confim my adress & other details. now 9 August 2008 I also got a call from DTDC courier service they said we have your courier which is comes from HSBC. Pls confirm your adress I confirm my adress but till date i donot receive any courier. I am not responsible for any miss use of credit card. Pls update about credit card status.

I am Rahul Patel, I have applied for the HSBC credit cards and i have submitted all the documents. After that i havent heard even a single word from the HSBC about the credit card. Today on 30/09/2008 i have got a SMS on my cell phone which state that I have 55.10 Rs unbilled amount. This is really rediculas even then have not provided me a credit card and they are sending me a bill for that. Even I have talked couple of time their with their customer care presonal about the credit card application but they have told me that we will call you back and still i havent got any reply Now i dont understand what to do with such people.
