[Resolved]  HSBC Credit Card — Did not received the credit card, and no status available on the site

Did not received the credit card, and no status available on the site...
I have received a message from HSBC saying that my refrence no for credit card application is[protected].. But when i checked on the concerned website, there are no details of that.. Kindly email the status of my application.

my credit card no is [protected]. This card expired in April 2008. I still have not received the renewed card. Yet I regularly get bank statement. I have spoken to your customer services executives on phone. but there has not been any intimation about when will I get the new card.
I hope at least this complain will be replied

HSBC Credit Cards — Getting billed for the card which I have not received yet

Dear sir,
I have got renewed HSBC credit card two months back.
By the time I received I have got only one card which was with my name. I have not used HSBC credit card till now.
But I am getting calls from HSBC to pay credit card bill. They are saying that some online transactions are being done through the internet using add on card which I have not received yet. How come this possible? Even I never get any information or alert on the transactions happening.
From my side I requested Customer Care to block those two cards.
Please look into the complaint seriously and do needful as I would not like to go further to RBI.

I have not received the renew card since i have reced letter from bank one month. Sir i[censored] are not issuing the same kindly inform me and give your reply in writing if there is any misuse I will not be liable for paymentof the same. And further I will inform to consumer court also.

Please revert me back at the earlist

HSBC — credit card not received

Dear Sir/ Madam
I am Mayank Arya, living in Greator Noida UP, I have applied for the credit card HSBC before two month ago but I have not get the card yet.

Today I received the bill stament of the card, How Is it possible? and what type of servicing you provide. Please get the issue clear and please stop forwarding the bill stament to me for the future.
And please make sure, that type of mistake will not be acceptable.
