[Resolved]  HSBC Credit Card — Unethical Business Practices

HSBC = Harassment Se Bhage Customer

HSBC is the most unethical of all credit card companies.

First, they send their customers incorrect bills.

Then, when customers don't pay they threaten them about CIBIL

First Global — HSBC Credit Card

My name appears as defaulter in CIBIL - Oct.2006 list for HSBC Credit Card. HSBC customer service has refuted about my being in the defaulter list. Want my name removed from the defaulter list. How do I proceed as I urgently want to be out of the defaulter list.

I would like to know the names of the Bank, the amount outstanding against my name and the date in the CIBIL List as defaulter.
Please allow me to introduce myself my name is Michael Mason-Mahon and I am a shareholder of HSBC Plc. I am based in London yet I am a very regular visitor to India.

At HSBC Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010 I did address my concerns with the Board of Directors concerning what HSBC India has been doing and is doing in India to our customers.

I may be able to help you. I can assure you that I will do all that I can to help you. I have been very successful in the people that I have taken up their cases with HSBC. Now they will not let me help anymore Indian's. You may wonder why, ask the Chairman of HSBC Plc Mr Flint why.
