I HAVE USED SOME REPUTED BANK'S CREDIT CARDS. i.e. HSBC, ICICI, STANDCHART, HDFC, ABN, CITIBANK etc. THROUGH MY EXPERIENCES, I AM REQUESTED TO READERS OF MY LETTER- PLEASE DONT MAKE CREDIT CARDS.. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE PERSONAL LOANS..ALL CREDIT CARD ISSUING BANKS ARE LIKE "CROCODILES". THEY WILL EAT YOU..THEIR SHARPENED TEEATHS WILL BITE YOU CRUELLY..SO PLEASE DO NOT MAKE CREDIT CARDS..
I had applied credit card before 1 month, I couldnt get any status update from you.
Please let me know the status of my credit card.

AS HSBC SERVICES IS THE WORST IN CREDIT CARD MARKET, 2YR BACK I GOT THE HSBC CARD AND I USE THE CARD MAX. 3-4TIMES AND I MADE THE PAYMENT AND 3MONTHS BACK I GOT THE STATEMENT AND THE PAYMENT DUE IS 5500/- WHEN I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE THE STATUS FOR THE PENDING AMT. AND ALL THE CHARGES ARE OF INTEREST CAHRGES, CARD FEE, SERIVCE CHARGES, FINANCE CHARGES ETC.

THE WORST IS I SEND A LETTER TO HSBC OFFICE 3MONTHS BACK TO CANCEL MY CARD WHERE I DONT HAVE ANY PENDING AMT, AND TODAY I GOT THE STATEMENT THE CARD IS CANCELL BUT MY PENDING AMT WILL INCREASE TO 8516/- THAT INCLUDE THE SAME SERVICE CHARGES, FINANCE CHARGES ETC.
I applied my hsbc credit card last september until now i have'nt receive the card. please let me know my status.but its already twice when hsbc called me up to check if i already receive my credit card
I am the Gold credit card holder of HSBC. The agent is collecting the payment I pay for my credit card loan. But I am not getting any statement about the amount seft to pay. In addition the agent now a days is missing without any information as I'm not getting him over phone. In Bangalore, MG Rd branch I went after getting advice from the credit card customer care, but the branch says that it is not at all their business. How can I come to know if I am cheated by a fraud or not?

I want to get at first an authority where I can complain my problem and sought it our in a right way.

I do not why I have been sent credit card bill amount of Rs. 786.52 for credit card no. [protected] in my name syamal kanti datta, 5/7 artist village, sector 8, cbd, navi mumbai, 400614 when I donot possess any HSBC credit card. Pl. stop sending such bill & stop harrassing.

with reference to the above, I cleared my all the due including all your charges as on 2nd jan'09 by way of cash with in the due date. please issue NOC as early as possible.
I would like bring to your kind notice how your people are charging interest and all other chrges to my account, which forced me to go for cancellation.if you look at my before last month statement, i supposed pay Rs.7000(appoximately). i have cleared total dues before due date by way of cash only. But due to your internal process delay your team have not transfered to my account in time. Due to this irresponsiability of your employee i got one more statement showing that you need to pay Rs.1258.22 as late payment and other charges . I have spoken to your customer care team on the same day. They said that they are going to look into this, why because i have the proff stating that i have cleared my dues in time. Due this irresponsiabliity of your team which forced me to pay the addtional Rs.1751.
I have submitted for cancellation of my creidt card long back still now i have not received any conformation for your side.

hope you can understand my pain. please do needful .Release NOC as early as possible.

my hsbc credit card number is [protected], from beging of the card issue i have not received the crad statement, severl time i have complain to your call center, but no use, but iam receveing the mobile pre-statement, in the month of november i have received pre-statment outstanding amount of 24662.34, i have call the call center i have explened the details after that i have not received any statement by modile or post( in december month), now 2 days back i have received the moblie pre-statement and amount is 4845.96. please help me. other wise please cancle the my credit card -

Dear Sir,

As i was facing problem from the next month of my HSBC Credit card received.1st month i received a bill stating that there is some amount which is dedected from my card for MEDICAL INSURANCE.I calledup the customer care and told them to close this insurance.Then there was no communication..I wont be in town, so not able to follow this issue.

A collection department executive called me for over due.. He told me to pay 37, 000/-. I told them i cant pay this amount.Because i have not used that card so far. I want to close this issue and finaly i agreed to pay 10, 000/- and they also confirmed that this will be considered as a final settlement and the settlement letter will be sent in 48 hours.Paid on 7-01-09.
But still i have not received any letter till now.. let me what should i do..

Hi,

I am having hsbc credit card ( VISA ). I have already registered through online. Afterthat I forgot my password to reenter. Then through "forgotten password" option again I reset my password. But for activating the same request through customer care I am facing some problem. When I try to call customer care on[protected]Bangalore), After entering my credit card number for validation, its saying that "sorry...Credit card number is incorrect". Due to that problem All the time I am unable to activate my request for password reset. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I am using HSBC Credit Card ([protected]) from last one year. Even after clearing the entire amount of Rs. 23, 000 also they have charged me interest of Rs.734. I have other bank credit cards also. They wont charge me late payment fee also even if i pay 1 or 2 days late after due date. After clearing the entire amount also why should i pay interest like this. I am not at all satisfied with this credit card. Please cancel my credit card. I dont want to pay unnecessary interest rates like this.
i have a primary card No.[protected], which is life tme free i.e no annual fee is to be charged at any time.

Now i recd the statament in December month, which showed annual fee charges of Rs.700/- + Taxes. Thereis no openeing balance. after made so many calls in custoner care there was no response from ur side, again i recd the statement for January month with late payment in the annual fee. Now the total o/s balance is Rs.1264/-.

I am not getting my credit card statement for the last three months. But every time your people are making a call regarding the due amount, then also they are not giving proper information about this. After the due date i am getting a sms indicating my due amount. Now i am requesting you to stop all these things and send me proper statement either by post or e-mail as in your records.
i have not received PIN number of my platinum credit card also reopen my card immediately.
