Pls let me inform the status of my credit card. here's my mobile [protected]
Dear Sir,

you have issed me a credit card no.[protected] in place of
my old card pnb hsbc.

I have tried several times on your helpdesk no. i.e.[protected]delhi)
but never successed to get the line, it is always busy.

please let me know whether it is free of charge replacement or
I have to pay any amount. If there is any amount to be paid, please inform
what will be the charges if I use/ activate this replaced card. Until u inform me
i am not going to use this card.

I got my statement for the month of April from HSBC Credit cards. It is shocking to me to note that they have charged me 3000 + Rupees as Card fee, additional card fee and service tax. While marketing the card to me one year back the person said that it is life time free card... But now they have send a statement like this.

Oh customers please be aware of this fraudulent happening in India by a foreign bank. Still ICICI, HDFC or any other bank has not done anything to damage their customers.

Please cancel your cards before you get such stormy message...

i was using 2 HSBC credit card 5 years back. on med 2004 i make final paymet as per letter given by HSBC collection agent. (17000 & 7000)
but after 5 year i got a call that you are not clear the dues. pls look into the matter and solve it.

Sir,

Its little while back, that i lost all my credit cards, I opted for settlement of outstanding with HSBC.
I got the settlement letter from them, As per the settlement letter i paid all the instalments.
The mode of payment for the last instalment was by a post dated cheque, which was submitted to them 1 month in advance.

Looks like they had misplaced the cheque, or donno what had happened, they had not deposited the cheque. And after 2 months, they cameback saying, that as i have not paid the amount on time. The settlement letter and settlement is invalid.

Now they post me the bill regularly, and ask me to pay the outstanding.

Please help me on this regard. I wish to settle this and not use any Credit card through out my life.

I have been using HSBC CREDIT CARD for the last 15 years with add-on card also. Also, I am availing net facility with Secret Code Device provided to me. But, for the last 6 months it is not working at all. In this connection, I talked to your personnel over mobile phone several times but could not get proper repeat proper response. Since I am neither receiving monthly statements by post nor able to access internet, due to which I will be forced to pay with interest.
Last week, I received a phone call from your Delhi Personnel to pay the dues of immediately. Accordingly, I paid through my ICICI NET BANKING and thus cleared.
Kindly advise me indetail to continue my transanctions through Net facility with Secret code device or how ever you suggest.

As per your sms and your letter Dt.24thdec2009 and statement of account I came to know that, you have annually charges me for my above credit card bearing above said No. I was in state of shock and surprised as I am not using the said card.Your officially head head already informee me that this is a life time free card without any kind of annual charges.So how can you are charging me annualy for free card.if you are going to charge me than kindly cancell the card and with zero balance send me the statement.
I have done so many time request to your bank please cancel the unavoided charges but still date they have not cancell my claim ammount.
further please note that if you don"t delete the annual charges and extra charges than i will be constained to take a strict legal action against you and your BANK. for which you will be liable for all the cost and expenseses.
