[Resolved] HSBC Credit Card — HSBC credit card not delivered but after two years they calim to pay minimum due | |
his should be a lesson for every one who is trying to get a HSBC credit card. I applied for a HSBC credit card in the year 2007. After few days i got a mail asking to pay a minimum amount of 101 by the time i have not yet received the credit card. I wrote to HSBC that i have not received the card. I also got a letter stating that the card was not delivered an it was returned back undelivered and got destroyed by the HSBC. But After two years i suddenly started getting a sms asking me to pay the due of 11, 000/- There is no clue whether the card was again delivered or not or without delivering if HSBC is trying to settle their other defaulted accounts by creating such bogus impression that the i have used a card which i have not received in my hand and charging some amount and asking to pay a minimum amount and some customer care person is asking me to sign a settlement letter in which it is asking me to agree that i have used the card and i have defaulted the payment also when we ask them to give the transaction history to know who and where they have used the card in case if it would have been delivered the bank is refusing to give the transaction history.
