I have submitted request for Rs. 150,000 and Rs. 72,000 on 25th Jan. 150k was transferred on 28th Jan ( due to Bank holidays inbetween ). Fine.
I have read the terms and conditions.
In the meanwhile, the transfer was not visible from future transfer. Nowhere from the GUI.
On 28th I got a mail saying "Scheduled Transfer No Pay Advice". There was no mention of retries and max limit and all that story. Since it failed, I initiated again another transfer for Rs. 72000. On 29th 2 transfers for Rs 72000 each was done by the system.
The Secure mail reponse says to liaise with the beneficiary to get back the funds.
This is HSBC mistake. HSBC has to return my money.
