[Resolved]  HTC — Poor service and missabuse by Krishna auto sales Gurgaon Railway road service location

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Hi! I am your customer. I am having a bajaj Pulser. I have submitted my bike at your service location M/S Krishna Auto Sales, Railway road gurgaon.

I am facing some problem in my bike bajaj pulser. Therefore I have submitted my bike at your location on dated[protected]. I have reported the problem for complete service, my lock is not working properly. The service guy who is making a job sheet told me that it will repair and work fine after servicing. The on 11th I have called in the service location and asked them about my bike. They told me that your bike is ready & you can collect at any time. Then in the afternoon I have gone to collect my bike. I have told the service incharge to please show me my bike. He showed me then I have found that my lock is still not working properly. It is still very hard. One more strange thing I have found that my break wires are opened at that time.

I have asked the service person that why the lock is still not working, then he brought some oil and put inside my lock. Then after that it is also hard. Then the service guy told me that it will not repair . It will remain like this only, just pay the money at take your bike. If you want your bike lock working fine then please give me the money I will replace the lock. Then I have asked the service for the service head of that location. Mr. rakesh a servie engineer their told me that I am the service head only please tell me. Then I have asked the engineer that what is meant by ready in your service location????

Then he told me that ready means the bike is ready after servicing & working fine. Then I have asked him that if the bike is working fine, then why the break wires are opened & why the lock is still not working fine. Then he told me rudely that what you want?? There are lots of customers are coming here like you & shouting, but if you will shout like this nothing will happened!! If you want just pay your lock charges & get it repaired. Then I have asked him that if the bike is not ready and required some estimate approval for further repair action. Then why you have not updated me when I have call you for enquiry that my bike is ready or not?? Then you told me that it is ready for deliver. I have told the supervisor that it is your engineer’s mistake, he has forgotto check the lock or even for complete assembling of my bike………

I want to inform you that your service engineers/ supervisors don’t know how to talk with the customer. I will not pay anything this time for such a harrasment and also a poor service. The complaint which i have given is not resolve, but found one strange thing that some more problems come in my bike which was not there at the time of submitting my bike for service.

I Have few Question for you

Is the way to behave with the customer ?
Is the way to speak to customer ?
Is it way cover up the mistakes and blame customers
If the Service centre is not registered the call, does customer responsible for it
If the service person not repaired the bike completely, does customer responsible for it
Is this kind of service Bajaj is giving in India? Who does not know what is customer service, I am sorry to say this...

Is it a big brand name Bajaj or some local distributor??

My Self in customer service Industry since last 5 years worked for reputed Multinationals, I never treated a customer like this ...and never I will...

Now you please let me know your suggestion,

Will you repaired my bike completely? please let me know
