I am using htc p3400i mobile as per my previous inquiry i visited htc service center in kochi and support engineer said it cant be repaired as its full mother board is damaged and mobile cant be used further which was really startled me, but i never lost heart and given my mobile to local mobile service center and after 10 day i got good new that my mobile is been repaired by removing and replacing the damaged part it really elates me. This shows how efficient local service center people are compared to authorized centers.Now only problem is its volume ( silent, vibrate, off ) is automatically changing every minute siting this problem which is surely minor one i visited your htc service center kochi and again got the same response that they cant repair i just cant understand once mobile 97 % parts is being repaired then why can they rectify this simple problem its really shame, cant under stand as what for htc service center is being opened is it just for giving lax and rough response to customers.
Its requested to take some stringent action and equip service center with some good technical support team so that htc customer shouldn't face any problem in future.
Anyways i would request you to please suggest me what should i do now i want my mobile to be repaired as soon as possible
I'm a New User of HTC HD2 (Leo), in fact it's my first experience o[censored]sing HTC. We 5 friends bought the same handset on my recommendation hoping for the best Technology from HTC Team. But unfortunately the Technical Staff of your Service Centre is so poor and Customer Care Service is very dull. Every time you’re Service Centre Guys Just Format the Handset with SD Card to resolve the Problem, but it's still not resolved. Below the concerns I'm facing which is not known to any of your Technical Experts:-
1) HTC Sense Audio is giving "Don’t Send & Send Error Reporting Message", post inserting the SD Card given by you only with Songs.
2) Not able to view the complete Sites on Opera, as some portion locked to scroll (i.e Orkut)
3) Handset gets damn hanged & some Applications stops working, I need to Open the Back cover every time to reset it.
4) My Location changes randomly with any reason & Weather Application does not provide correct Details sometime (I’ve unlimited Data Usage Plan so no problem from my Side)
5) Not able to find the Supported Applications or Add-ins for the Handset (i.e Google Talk).
Your Customer Care Staff have committed so many times to give me a Call Back just to wrap the Call, but I've never Recvd any Call Date for the resolution.
Just for your kind information, we all were the User of Samsung previously. The Samsung Staff was very keen towards the Customer Service. Their Engineers are very well versed with their Product Information and Troubleshooting, Also if the Resolution is not available on Call the surely give a Call Back to the Customers. No Matter how long the Call is.
I know we all have wasted our money by buying your Product (39, 000 Per Handset), as none of your Team Member is interested in Customers with sold products. Plz take it as a feedback for your Team for improvement. And if possible then plz give resolution to us as well.

I HAVE PROBLEM WITH MY RINGTONE.... THERE IS NO RINGTONE COMING IN MY HTC P3300 ONLY VIBRATING.....AND WHEN I HAVE SELECTED DIFFERENT RINGTONE ...MESSEAGE POPPED UP THAT UR RINGTONE FILE IS CORRUPTED OR UNAVAILABLE...... PLS HELP ME OUT
I had network problem. It is not working properly. It turned off automatically and starts. It my faverate moblie. The GPRS setting does not exist always. Try to direct how can I get GPRS connection woth airtel network. Please reply as soon as possible to my email. If necessary send settings for needy.
