I am an Indian living in the USA.My ICICI account is in India with Maratha Mandir Branch, Mumbai.Due my inability to operate this account while abroad it became dormant.I treid to get this activated and called up ICICI call centre.My old father went to their branch in Patna too to find out how to get it activated.I was told to submit documents to maratha m. branch, which i did by post and sent an e-mail too containing scanned documents.however it's almost 6 months but not even a single word from them.I have tried calling again and again and my father visited their patna branch again, but now we are running in circles, while ICICI bank is enjoying my money rotting in their bank.I would recommend all NRIs to be very careful of this branch.Their service is the poorest of all banks I have ever dealt with.

I AM CREDIT CARD HOLDER OF YOUR BANK. TODAY I RECEIVED A SMS THAT RS.5490/- HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT. BUT I HAVE NOT MADE ANY TRANSACTION OF RS.5490/-. PLEASE DO NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AS I NEVER CONSENTED FOR ANY SCHEME WHATSOEVER. THE TELEPHONIC TALK OF DATE WAS INFORMATIVE IN NATURE AND I NEVER CONSENTED TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT. I PLACE MY RESENTMENT IN THIS REGARD AND SUCH TYPE OF SALE GIMMICKS FROM CALL CENTRE PEOPLE REPORTEDLY FROM YOUR BANK WILL DEFINATELY JEOPARDISE THE IMAGE AND REPUTATION OF THE BANK AS EVEN THE PHONE BANKING OFFICER WAS HELPLESS TO SAY TILL THE AMOUNT IS BILLED IN MY ACCOUNT. Dear sir this complaint is regarding forcefuly given the emi credit card bearing no [protected] as a health insurance of the same bank i;e icici lombart general insurance.sir according to the executive of icici bank they have offered me on telephone a general health insurance on resonable price & that amount i have to pay on installments & they send me the credit card bill for full amount of Rs.10, 000 & more that i disagreed and talked to your bank executive by informing that i am going to cancel the card within the freelook period & same card & bill i had returned to your icici lombart general insurance office located at big bazar building pancasheel square nagpur immediately.But to my surprise that i haved received the bill of the same with intrest every month.
Further i would like to inform you that i am a regular user of credit card of your icici bank bearing card no [protected] & never defualt any payment
Therefore i request you to look into the matter & stop sending the false bill immediately.
I have never registered myself for the payment of my electricity bills (NDPL) with your bank through my credit cards. Even then in every two months you are paying on my behalf. This is not enough you have paid some other amounts (Rs. 2670, Rs. 2050 and Rs. 590) against a connection no. which is not mine and located atleast two kilometers from my residence. I don't know whose fault is this but I am the suferer now and no body is giving any hear to my cries - ICICI Bank and NDPL both. Unfortunately due to some financial crisis I am running outstanding dues in my credit card and this has added heavy rate of interest (may be 35% per annum) on these amounts also.
You are, therefore, requested to kindly refund the whole amount alongwith 35% p.a. interest at the earliest before I am forced to approach some consumer court or RBI. My credit card no. is [protected] and [protected]

My Officer (who is sr. officer in Indore High Court) got an N.O.C. of his car loan. In this document the car no. is wrong. My officer sent me to ICICI BANK to change the N.O.C. Before 3-4 days i went to your office situated at A.B. Road, Indore-M.P. He took the wrong N.O.C., my identity card's photocopy and all the information and assure within two days it will be sent to High Court. Till today i didnt got the same thing. will you help me for the same ?

I, Mohammad Rashid Ahmad open the NRI account from ICICI branch RANCHI(JHARKHAND STATE) one and half month before and submitted all required documents to open the NRI account.

first i got a bill statement and a sms of 144 rupees i thought it will be some formality but when i came to know its a tata phone bill
which we dnt have at home at all, then there was a 550bill statement again
now i got a sms that of maharashtra bill of 1628 rupees
i just want to cancel my credit card

In January-07 an amount of Rs 8700/- was telephonically advanced to me without any interest.On reciept of monthly statement I regularly remitted the instalment without any delay i.e within a period of one or two days.During Jan-08 balance amtt of loan is NIL but delay payment charges and intt on delay paytt is still accumulating in statements issued by your BANK.Repeated referances made to your bank, contact with your customer care, personal visits to Local branch at Ambala and telephone at Chandigarh Br has not brought any relief to me as how ZERO% intt has been converted into 100%intt.Plwaive off this fictious outstanding amtt to retain the FAITH of common man in your esteem financial organisation.

This is bring to your notice that i have made a purchase during december 2007.I have not recieved the statment for that period. I have recieved the statment in the month of jan, 08 with late payment charges. I have paid Rs 513 as advised by your call centred executives in the month of jan, 08.However i have been constantly changed late payment charges in my subsequent statments, this is despite my payment of Rs 513 as advised by your call centred executives.Now, I request you to look into this matter as i have been constantly changed extra amounts for no fault of mine.
I also request you to reverse these amounts immedieately.
Your early action in this regards is highly appreciated.
