I am an Indian living in the USA.My ICICI account is in India with Maratha Mandir Branch, Mumbai.Due my inability to operate this account while abroad it became dormant.I treid to get this activated and called up ICICI call centre.My old father went to their branch in Patna too to find out how to get it activated.I was told to submit documents to maratha m. branch, which i did by post and sent an e-mail too containing scanned documents.however it's almost 6 months but not even a single word from them.I have tried calling again and again and my father visited their patna branch again, but now we are running in circles, while ICICI bank is enjoying my money rotting in their bank.I would recommend all NRIs to be very careful of this branch.Their service is the poorest of all banks I have ever dealt with. i am extremely distressed that i am receiving credit card payment statements after the last date of payment and being charged a late fee for no fault of mine. i have tried to get in touch with your help line but have got no assistence from it. on visiting your branch at Gariahat Kolkata i was disappointed to note that no one seems to have any idea of how to help me. your agents are ill informed and are in no position to help.I am shocked to find this kind of indifference towards your customers.are you only interested in new accounts? I am expecting an answer within the next 24 hours to explain why I am being issued statements after the due date. I am hereby with holding my payments till I am satisfied that this will not be repeated in future. My credit card no is [protected].

Dear sir, I have a saving account in your branch 21-C, Day after yesterday I have used your ATM for Mini Account Statement. & found that your branch has been debit wrong amount from my account no.[protected] of Rs. 393/- Normally you can see & judge that you have credited 5000/- in my account on 2nd July 08, and debited Rs. 393/- on 03rd July 08 on behalf of cheque returning a/c. you will see the cheque already cleared from my said a/c. mean this is wrong entry, it should be reversed immediately

complaints regarding credit card no[protected] emailed 19 days ago noreply recieved till date instead again penal interest charges have been levied.The National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission has recently orederd that "Penal interest can be charged only once for one period of default and shall not be capitalised.Further BANKS CAN'T charge interestin Excess of 30%/annum from credit card holders fot customers' failure to make full payment on due date or paying the minimum amount due from them. But in my case I have regularly remmitted the amtt due but more than 100% intt has been levied for no fault of mine. Please investigate/secrutinize your bank record and do JUSTICE .

Dear Sir,
Your bank has given me a loan whose loan a/c number .mentioned above. In the both accounts the amount was Rs.180000/- (Rupees One Lac Eighty Thousand only). Unfortunately the bank has released the amount in one account only where as the amount in other account has not been given to me till date. The bank has started EMI on both the accounts. Till date I have paid approximately Nine installments in both the loan account. It means I have been paying for that amount also which is not released to me till date also.
I want to close my both accounts. You are requested to adjust the amount of the loan (Whose payment has not been given to me) in other account and tell me the balance amount. I am willing to pay the balance amount immediately.
Please do the needful urgently.
