I am an Indian living in the USA.My ICICI account is in India with Maratha Mandir Branch, Mumbai.Due my inability to operate this account while abroad it became dormant.I treid to get this activated and called up ICICI call centre.My old father went to their branch in Patna too to find out how to get it activated.I was told to submit documents to maratha m. branch, which i did by post and sent an e-mail too containing scanned documents.however it's almost 6 months but not even a single word from them.I have tried calling again and again and my father visited their patna branch again, but now we are running in circles, while ICICI bank is enjoying my money rotting in their bank.I would recommend all NRIs to be very careful of this branch.Their service is the poorest of all banks I have ever dealt with.

Sub:Request for regular monthly statment
Please sent the monthly statment in postal or in my e-mail. I have not yet received the Statement till date for the month of October, 08, though the due date is today. Non receipt of Statement prompt me to remit interest nd penalty each time which is not my fault.

Please do the needful

no objection certificate issued to me after completion of my car loan is having mistake in the registration number . the number is 1579 and your no certificate is for 1578. I request you to issue a new certificate so that further procedure may be done regarding removal of hypothecation from regional transport office. my loan a/c no is labhu[protected]

Thanks for your reply regarding payment received. I would request
that last date of payment was 02-11-08. But it was Sunday on
2nd, Nov, 08. So payment was deposited on Monday i.e. on 3rd Nov, 08.
I would request you that no late payment charges should be made.

Further I would like to bring it in to your kind notice that my payment due date
may please be fixed after 7th of every month. It is very difficult for me to make the
payment before 7th. Of every month.

I do hope that you will consider my request favorably & sincerely.

Sub: My Car Loan account # LASUR[protected]

I have fully paid car loan which i took in the year 2004 January. Last installment was due on 1st. Nov. 2008.To day, I have received a letter with 10 canceled cheques, which were taken as Security PDS.

This is not enough for the RTO AUTHORITIES to clear entries against loan. Pls. confirm and write to me as "the loan took by the party is completely and fully paid".

Hope you do the need full.

I have subject card and using the same regularly. I was out of station for quite some time and within 2 months period ICICI BANK deactivated the Credit Card for non payment of mere sum Rs 590.70. Now, I fully paid the money and still the credit card is in active.

When I contacted Customer Care to link the loans to my other active SAVINGS A/c - ICICI BANK. They informed me to apply for a new credit card which is quite ridiculous.

Pls. look into the matter and active subject Credit Card immediately with instructions to deduct any further purchases from my Savings Bank A/c directly.

I have received credit card in Augest-08, at that time cash limit is zero and I haven't got my PIN NO. now as per letest statement my credit card cash limit is 11100.00, but without pin no. I can't use my card for same purpose.So pls.send my pin no.at my residential address as early as posible and also inform me about same delivery.

Whenever I visited the branch to find out the status if they had corrected the nominee's name, I was always told I would receive it in a couple of days, or within a week or after afortnight, or by courier. It is now more than a month since I have made the complaint and till date I have yet to receive the corrected nomination form and the rest of the papers. Please help.

sir, i have salery account in your bank with a/c no.[protected].i insert my debit card to withdraw the amount on 30th sept.08 from corp.bank but could not get the amount after that i complained on 1st oct 08(complain no.1370284)amount RS.5020 and i was informed to get the amount within 45 working days which should be 26th nov.08 but the amount has not been transfered, at the same time on 27th of nov.08 i tried to withdraw the amount i.e RS.2000 from SBI at sasaram the same thing happened with me then i went to CANARA BANK to withdraw the same amount(i.e rs 2000) but could not get get the amount and my balance receipt is showing the withdrawl.I am in out station and running short of money before complaining my organisation(i.e ALEMBIC LTD.)to withdraw my account as well my team a/c from your bank I AM GOING TO LAUGH A CASE IN CONSUMER FORM AGAINST YOU.
