I am an Indian living in the USA.My ICICI account is in India with Maratha Mandir Branch, Mumbai.Due my inability to operate this account while abroad it became dormant.I treid to get this activated and called up ICICI call centre.My old father went to their branch in Patna too to find out how to get it activated.I was told to submit documents to maratha m. branch, which i did by post and sent an e-mail too containing scanned documents.however it's almost 6 months but not even a single word from them.I have tried calling again and again and my father visited their patna branch again, but now we are running in circles, while ICICI bank is enjoying my money rotting in their bank.I would recommend all NRIs to be very careful of this branch.Their service is the poorest of all banks I have ever dealt with.

I M NOT ABLE TO OPEN ICICIBANK.COM FROM MY PC
This for your attention that, I availed home loan from ICICI Bank in 2003.My loan account no:LBUMT[protected]. I paid EMI till date. your site icicibank.com is not working in my computer. I havent receive Proper intimation regarding increase or decrease of rate of interest for my loan amount. I enquired about my outstanding but i couldn't get proper information from the office also.I wish preclose the loan.
So, kindly provide details as early as possible

I have an a/c in your bank in Sec-50, Noida, 201301 branch. I had deposited a cheque amounting Rs - 53, 911/- (Fifty three thousand nine hundred eleven only) on 4/11/08 in " SAHA SECURITY GROUP" A/c no[protected]. Cheque no.- 378594 (Union bank of India) issued on 3/11/08. Till today that cheque was not yet cleared.

I made a complaint on customer care on 24/11/08 and my request no. is 87208534, but till today I have not received any appropriate answer.

Next day on 25/11/08 I met with my base bank Manager Ms. Ritu and gave an written application, whose copy is attaching with this mail, from there also I didn't got any satisfactory answer.

Now my humble request to you is please find out where is my cheque and credit my a/c as soon as possible. Please try to make it fast because all of my workers payment is on hold only of this.

Again on 28th Nov 2008 I have handed over a written complaint to branch Manager Ms. Ritu, but still again from there no response was received.

I, Manjeet singh have opened saving a/c [protected] from SBI, branch code-4417 with ATM-CUM-DABIT-CARD, CARD NO:[protected] and I tried to withdraw Rs.3000 from ICICI BANK BRANCH UDHAMPUR on 06/11/2008, ATM ID S1AN2324, TXN NO:6275 but I got receipt only with statement TRANSACTION DECLINED but I haven't received Rs 3000 and deduct from my account so plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

I have deposited an amount Rs. 6500/- on dated 03.12.2008 by transaction ID No.[protected], Kiosk ID CSKI 0042 to Surat Ringroa branch against my due loan for the month of November-08 & for the month of Dec.-08 as per telephonic discussion with call centre executive from Mumbai on 02.12.08. Inspite of intimated the same fact on 03.12.08 from Surat and 04.12.08 from Mumbai. It seems that my installment for the month of Nov.-08 has not been credited to my loan account. Therefore, the matter may be looked after and settled. It is also requested that the present position of outstanding loan amount may pl. be intimated on my email.
your letter No.D3/707431/9/LPHYD[protected]dated Nov.3, 2008 my complaints are as follows:

Q. In your letter you have written old EMIs amounting to Rs.14, 604/- towards my EMIs arrears piled up that I have to pay.
Ans. I am paying regulars instalments regularly for the past several month. The above extra amount I will pay when central government releases second instalment arrears which will receive in the month of April or May, 2009 than I will clear above old EMIs.
Q.Again you are appointing private agencies to collect the amount instead of your own staff inspite of old incidents ?
Ans. This type of attitude is very very bad. We have no safe to our life, it may cause anything.
Ans. I request kindly avoid appointing private collection agencies.
Q. Without paying the debt keep on putting in the cash is not a funny thing.
Ans. From our side also some anxiety is there to clear old debt as early as possible when we receive bulk amount besides regular monthly salary.
Ihope you will consider my case.

This is regard to the bill I have received. In this bill wrong charges indicated of Interest of rs. 579.44 & and late fees of rs.400.I am unaware what is this Interest related & why you charge late fee. I have always paid full due amount of Credit card. Your statement sending system is not ok many time statement recd.at my front late or recd.after passed the due date of payment & due to this reason you have recd. late payment .Non receipt of bill promptly why can I suffer the cost of late payment & Interest. So I will not pay unnecessary wrong charges of Interest & late payment.

You can check the payment history till date, I am never late in payments nor there are any disputes. I was housing loan member of your bank you can check this a/c also, just last month repayment of my housing loan was completed .I am also the Car loan holder of your bank & repayment is regular. After this situation your people are not caring regular payment holder so be check & revert with positive response other wise I will think to surrender this Credit Card.

Today, most of the corporates donot give much importance to the commitment on the part of their loyal & experienced employees.Rather big degrees are being sought after.Big degrees donot serve the customers better specially in the service sector including banks.Banks should give a serious thought to this effect.

i am residing in United States of America for the past three (3) years, just came to know that my account has been accessed illegally by unknown person without my authority and the bank didn’t care to check the big transactions been made at one time from two of my accounts[protected] and [protected]. All this I came to know when I tried to log into my account and was kicked of with a message “Incorrect Password” and later after a message “Your account has been disabled, contact Customer care” This made me talk to my friend‘s mum to make a visit to the branch in Mira Road where my account is. She told me to make the account active she has to deposit some money so she deposited Rs 1100/- to make it active and asked me to log in but Login didn’t worked. So on 17 December I called the ICICI bank Customer care department, while I was getting connected to the representative I heard a message my account balance is 1100/-, I was shocked. The moment I heard the representative I asked her to check my balance she told me I have only 1100/-, I asked her to check again. She checked and told me there was lot of cash withdrawals a week before which I didn’t do at all as I am in USA and the withdrawals were from some ATM in Indore and some other places in india. She asked my debit card number and told me it’s been disabled and a new platinum debit card been issued for the account. I asked her to check my other account [protected] (Indore account) and there too the story was same only 86 rupees left out of some 3- 4 laces rupees.
I am shocked to know that a debit card been issued to someone who was not me, I still remember a card is not issued without identification or correct signature.
I am a middle class person and am really disturbed in this period of recession to see my hard earned money disappearing in a minute because of total bank negligence
Firstly, if any big transactions are made, the authorized person has to answer why all of a sudden he has to take out all amounts and I still remember when I was in India 3 years back I was not allowed to withdraw more than 15 thousand in a day but in this case its different. Why?
Secondly, there should be a minimum balance amount which I always use to maintain, one cannot take out full amount and I am told there is only Rs 86/- left in my account Indore account and some less than 50 rupees in my Mira road account before my friends mum deposited 1100/- rupees.
Thirdly, whenever I call the bank I don’t get an accurate answer.
I have spend so much money calling from USA which ICICI bank managers are not realizing .
Till now I have spend a good amount calling India and inquiring about my account but no one from the customer care to update me nor I am receiving any call though I have given my ph no for contact.
This is not the treatment I required???
SO PLEASE/KINDLY ARRANGE MY LOSS AMOUNT OF ……..BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE IT IS TOTALLY BANK CARELESSNESS

I hope the icici people understand the problem o people staying in Abroad and help me in this matter as soon as possible .
THis is no way to treat there customers - they are not able to give me any complain no nothing.
I need a confirmation letter and need to know what kind of action is been taken till now and how am i going to recover my amount .

I am having a bank account with your bank (a/c no.[protected] and also having a credit card of your bank (master card no.[protected]).Unfortunately while paying the bill by cheque in Dec.2008 the amount and word differed and the cheque was received back to me by courier today (7th Jan.2009.) It is sorry to note that bank as well as credit card dept. has my residential, office phone numbers, mobile phone numbers and e-mail id. Still did the bank not bother to inform about the cheque.Earlier also similar incidence happened and I had made a complaint.Nobody bothered to acknowledge the complaint leave alone redressing the complaint. The bank only interested in levying penalty for delayed payments and charging interests.The bankis not interested in keeping the customer relation.
I hope some responsible person would bother to respond.
