Today i have received a letter from your bank regarding cheque bounced, but i have not issue to any body cheque of any amount from last two three month, my account held with icici bank at bharuch branch & account no is[protected], please confirm and give your feedback early as posible, otherwise i will highlight higher authority.

Last three years i was not get my a/c detail from the bank. The icici persons calling me only for there other business like health card and etc. pls cosidare my complaint for the feture follows. for your valuable costumer-this is my genaral voice. kindly do the needfull in feture

Dear Sir,

I have given a cheque of Rs.49000/- for Fixed Deposit for 150 days in your Lalpur Branch, Ranchi as on 26.12.2008 vide cheque no:041261, drawn of Central Bank Of India, Piska More, Ranchi.

But very sorry to inform you that I have not received Fixed deposit receipt till date.

In your branch they did not give any satisfactory reason.Please arrange to issue a FDR or return my Cheque.

For the last 5 months I was getting a/c statement of my c/o[protected]. But for the period 1.12.08 to 31.12.08 I have not got the statement. For this I have sent 4 reminder to ur complaint cell but every time it has been given the committment that you will get the statment but still I am wasiting for the same.
Pl. do the needful at the earlist & oblige.

Matter of regret that a simple issue of getting a new credit card/renew of my existing credit card which expired on 31 Dec 08 could not be resolved.It is more than a month.
My email requests and on line contact with customer care from my mob [protected] has not managed to get any favourable reply.
The service is catch 22.
Hoping someone responsible enough will get in touch to rovide me relief.

R/Sir,
I have salery account in your Yamuna Nagar branch.My account no. is[protected].I had issued a cheque of Rs.5000/-(Five Thousand Only).Cheque no. is 312900 dated 11/01/2009.I was out of station that day.My wife recieved five thousand from your branch.But suddenly i recieved a SMS from your side that i had recieved 15000/-(fifteen thousand only).I was shoucked that time.I sent my wife to bank back.But when she saw the cheque it was of Rs 15000/-.I felt the bank cheted with me.But the branch Manager and his staff dont agree to listen even a word of me.Even they misbhaieved with her.
Sir I know icici bank is a leading bank in the market.Please give your kind attention on this matter.

I here by inform you that during transaction on 29/12/2008 from PNB bank
[KOTDWAR branch (Garhwal) Uttranchal], my balance was deducted by Rs. 5000, but the real fact is that I haven’t received any amount from the same ATM (which my bank statement shows a withdrawal transaction ) already attach here with
So I have resister a complaint on customer
care no: ([protected], dated : 10/01/09 )on other side they given me complaint reg. no – 92669242 for inquiry purpose and assured me that my money will be soon retransferred into my account till 20/01/09, but still I am helpless, after spending lot of money in phone calls .
Sir, today is 22/01/09, and I don’t know the procedure to get my money back, even though after several request to The Manager of ICICI bank ( Branch : supertech shopprix C-134 B, sector - 61 Noida) they are not taking this matter as seriously as it is and not doing anything regarding this issue
So if these type of response are you providing to your customer then I don’t want to continue my saving account with these stupid bank
Kindly return my money back and let me know the procedure of closing account .
