I am unable to affirm to view 'usages details' to use broad band as a 6/2008 customer. Pl inform and arrange to make convenient the same. My old User ID [protected]@bsnl.in and Portal ID abd[protected]. Reply is coming under process since last 15 days with new user ID and password.
