It is the duty of the BSNL to maintain its transparency in its business, by providing user friendly access in to the broadband usage in this site "http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in" through all types of browsing system like Mozilla Firefox, Internet explorer etc. I saying Because through Mozilla Firefox the "http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in" is not opening.

Your Dataone broadband usage can be checked as follows.
1) Open http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp in Internet Explorer ( Firefox not supported).

2) Enter you dataone username and password.
3) Click on "Service Records" link.
4) Select the month for period you are checking the usage.
5) Click 'OK'
6) Value of 'Total Volume' is your total dataone usage of that particular month.

Same complaints from me too. All the sites of bsnl are a hoax. None provides the service sought for e.g. viewing and obtaining print outs of the landline telephone bill or payment of the bills on line.

not be used since last October'2010.
With reference to the above, I have to inform you that, since instalation of this phone I have tryed to contact BSNL staff to rectify the problem, even I have written letter to CGM BSNL. Despite of my best efforts till date no corrective measures have been taken. Now i request you kindly look into the matter and arrange to rectify the same as early as possible.
