i want to cheq my bill detail fast...

It is the duty of the BSNL to maintain its transparency in its business, by providing user friendly access in to the broadband usage in this site "http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in" through all types of browsing system like Mozilla Firefox, Internet explorer etc. I saying Because through Mozilla Firefox the "http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in" is not opening.
pl help me

Your Dataone broadband usage can be checked as follows.
1) Open http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp in Internet Explorer ( Firefox not supported).
IF THE ABOVE LINK IS NOT WORKING, Please try Check Broadband Usage
2) Enter you dataone username and password.
3) Click on "Service Records" link.
4) Select the month for period you are checking the usage.
5) Click 'OK'
6) Value of 'Total Volume' is your total dataone usage of that particular month.

So Please try with internet Explorer Only.

bsnl broadband selfcare edc site — unable 2 open the site

I am unable to open this site -selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in.....in my laptop...what to do...i have to check my account details...however exchange person can open it in exchange.

Same complaints from me too. All the sites of bsnl are a hoax. None provides the service sought for e.g. viewing and obtaining print outs of the landline telephone bill or payment of the bills on line.
This is a sorry state of affairs concerning bsnl

I'm Swapan Chakraborty from Jamshedpur. I am also facing same problem.Bsnl helpline (Phone No-1500 ) officers not co-oprating in this situations.

Complain:- Phone No.2529990 ( SBI OFFICERS COMPLEX) FLAT NO. E/77
Bhangagarh.Guwahati. No Voice Clerity Due to Noise phone could
not be used since last October'2010.

With reference to the above, I have to inform you that, since instalation of this phone I have tryed to contact BSNL staff to rectify the problem, even I have written letter to CGM BSNL. Despite of my best efforts till date no corrective measures have been taken. Now i request you kindly look into the matter and arrange to rectify the same as early as possible.
