[Resolved]  Huawei — Inordinate delay in repair of handset under warranty

The CDMA handset of Huwai, model no :- C2905 (Tataindicom), purchase dated 4/5/2008, purchased from MObile shoppe (JM rd, Pune) recipt no HU[protected]. Had some display problems. As this was under warranty, it was given at the authorised service centre at Redington service, Sheetal Plaza, Model colony, Pune. The service receipt number PUN/HU/08/00827 dated 27/08/2008.
Despite repeated followups, the problem remained unsolved, in fact new problems regarding receiver and speaker were given as cause for delay.
The mobile has yet not been repaired.
Kindly take due action.

Huawei — faulty hand set

Dear Sir,

Iwas puechased c5320 set on 23march 08. From that time i submit my set to servcice center 4 times due to it defact.

Each time service center take more than 5 day to repaire.

please give me a new software
My huawai handset is automatically got locked. I went to RT Outsourcing, Authorized service center, B-19, 2nd Floor, Old DLF, Sector-14, gurgaon. Where I talked to Ms Madhu Raina, incharge of service center. When I told my problem that my huawai phone is automatically gots locked without putting any pin number. Then she and her technical person gave me the fake explanation that your phone is locked because my handset is old and now tata indicom company has introduced new sim of smaller size but my handset is of older model so its got locked by putting big sim. M using mobile since 10 years and that service incharge and her technical person is giving me such reason. If this is the reason of phone locking then why should customer suffer for this? How we would come to know that company has launched sim of smaller size. When I told all these things to Ms Madhu Raina, Service center incharge, she said she is helpless and I have to pay service charge or Rs 150. Why will I pay that money? If by simply putting sim in my handset, it got locked. This problem will arise again and again whenever I will change my sim. It means I have to pay Rs 150 everytime whenever my phone gets locked. Dis is the manufacturing defect of handset then why should customer suffer for this. Wen I talked to Ms Madhu Raina, she said I have to talk to Dubai regarding this concern.

Please do something and take necessary action against such type of service centers who harass the customers by giving fake justification. These type of service centers will affect the image of Huawai Handset Company and Tata indicom also.

C2206 on 6 may 2009, i does not work properly, when i talk with some my moblie and my mobile battery getting warm, its throw heat...pls solve my problem. because i am affaird when the get be warm, i feel that may be it getting crack, and i am getting deaf...and it can be harmful for my health...

My name is Antony , am from Cochin during my onam celebration I brought a cell phone(Huwai) from your store.( Tata Hub, puthussery Building , Kaloor, Deshabhimani Junction,)and the invoice number is 12009-10/[protected].,Date 01 Sep-2009.



The problem starts from the 3rd day of September, the display has gone and the cell is given to shop for replacement, Manager Aashish([protected]) told me he will give another set within 14 days ,but I got after 25days. the end of September.



The new set is having a problem (auto switch off)from the 1st day onwords. Now the set is been given to Unitrack infosystems, Chammini Kodath House, Kaloor.[protected] for servicing Mar No: 12834. date 08/10/09.The board is complaint in the new cell.



For the last 4years am using the connection of TATA, and I had taken this new set for my wife and In this 40days I use for only 3 or 4 days, Really am very unhappy with your customer service and your product. Even the CallCenter is also been locked, . I don’t need a new set which is repaired, If possible I need that cashback .

Huawei — faulty set........

hello, i have some problem in my wll phone( company:HUAWEI, model:T1ETS2288). after i started using internet call cuts frequently. when somebody calls me or when i make a call, other party dont here my voice, then i should cut the call and once again have to dial... give me some solution for this...
